To whom it may concern; Thank you for the opportunity to submit a second response to this complaint The complainant’s order [redacted] refund was processed by Plexus Worldwide in the amount of $back to the original payment method, a card ending in on 4/15/However it takes the complainant’s banking institution anywhere from 3-business days from that day, 4/15/to complete the transfer and the funds to reflect bank into the complainant’s bank accountPlease see the attached The complainant also provided the correspondence between themselves and their sponsoring ambassador to be reviewed and any necessary action taken Please let me know if you need anything further
To Whom It May Concern;Thank you for the opportunity to address this complaintAfter careful review of the account I have discovered that we in fact did not receive all the information needed to cancel the account and refund the annual web hosting feeWe would be happy to assist in this manner just as soon as the Ambassador provides us with the correct informationI have attached the form we need completedThis form had been sent in previously however the information did not match what was provided at the time the account was createdDue to the Ambassador signing up using her business we need the last four digits of her EIN number provided in order to verify identificationWe do this for the protection of our AmbassadorsWhen the form is received back with the corrected information we will gladly cancel her account and refund the annual web hosting feeIf I can be of further assistance please do not hesitate to let me know.Plexus Worldwide, Inc

Do not sign up for reoccurring orders or expect customer support They do not answer emails, answer or return phone calls, or answer Facebook messages The password on my account was changed without my knowledge I emailed over and over and called I was placed on hold for over an hour once and left messages that were never returned on several other occasions I was not able to get a password reset and have not been able to get in to cancel a recurring order/membership I have been trying to contact someone with the company for weeks If you want plexus products, order via amazon or another retail dealer DO NOT order or sign up on the Plexus website

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.When I spoke with a representative in June of 2014, He had assured me the account WAS in fact cancelledSince this company's calls are all recorded, that one should have been as wellI waited the few days and never received the refund for I had honestly had enough of the back and forth with this company and was just happy to be cancelled and done with themSince I did everything I was asked to do and jumped through as many hoops to cancel this as their policies required, I do not feel it is fair to still hold the other fee of from I feel this is misleading to the customers and after reviewing other complaints on the Revdex.com site, it seems this is something they regularly do to their customers Regards, [redacted]
To whom it may concern; We have reviewed the information provided by the complainants and have been unable to identify any orders that successfully processed twice in November 2015. Attached is a screenshot of the complainants’ order history, and while there was a duplicate charge on 11/11/2015,... you will see that order#80447944 shows as “deleted”, instead of showing as completed. Orders that are “deleted” are orders that have been cancelled prior to the payment processing and the order reaching the fulfillment center. Looking a bit further into this order and we verified that there was no customer deposit number included on the order. The customer deposit numbers is essentially a confirmation number provided when funds are received. Attached you will find a screen shot of both orders from November 11. These orders are identical, except the customer deposit number is missing from order #80447944. Lastly, we searched our merchant account against any credit cards that matched the last 4 digits of the complainant's card, and were unable to find any duplicate charges. Since we are unable to confirm that any duplicate orders from the complainants’ account processed successfully we will not be able to issue any refunds. If the complainant is able to provide a valid bank statement showing any duplicate charges that processed we would be happy to reevaluate this request.Please let me know if I can assist any further.
