After careful review of the complainants account with us I have found that the return and refund were processed in accordance to our policies.The complainant’s automatic shipments were set up for the sixteenth of each... month. The complainant notified us by email on 4/16/2015 of her wish to cancel the order. Unfortunately the order had already processed and shipment could not be stopped. The complainant did return the order and the product cost was refunded on 4/24/2015, as stated in our return policy. I ordered a one time shipment and paid the higher one time shipment price for my orderI got my order and all was good Then I got a shipment of more product from being put on an auto-ship program that I did not agree to I had to refuse the package and call Plexus to cancel the order They are deceptive I also filed a complaint with the [redacted]

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintI have reviewed the complainants account with us and found the account was handled according to our policiesThe annual fee was processed in accordance to Section 1.Iof our Policies and Procedures the complainant agreed to upon sign-up, which states the following:The Ambassador expressly authorizes the Company to collect the annual renewal and materials fee using any payment method available, including charging any credit card on file for the Ambassador or withholding from Commissions.The cancellation form, as the complainant was advised, would be processed in the order in which it was received and the annualfee would remain in place until the account had been inactivatedUnfortunately as the form was mailed it took longer to process than if it had been emailed or faxed, thus the fee processed before the account could be inactivatedThe account has since been inactivated and the refund request was submitted to the Refunds Department for processingAlthough refunds are processed in the order in which they are received the refund for the complainant was scheduled to process todayPlease allow 3-business days depending on your financial institution for the credit to be reflected.If you should need anything further please let me know.Thank you

I am rejecting this because Plexus did not refund my first order, they only did the orders after the first initial orderMy email on Oct is well with in the day money back guarantee for that initial orderPlexus did refund orders after that but I should still get my initial order refunded since I contacted them in the time frame they set

I signed on to be a Plexus Ambassador because I needed a good probiotic and magnesium supplement for chronic migrainesSince then I have been extremely disappointed and frustrated with their customer serviceThey changed their website without giving Ambassadors access to it unless they called customer serviceWe'll get to thatWhen calling customer service, I had to wait 2-hours, and they still did not answerI had to call back multiple times over a period of days in order to talk to someoneIn the mean time, I tried emailing my complaintI emailed THREE times and never got a responseAt this point I felt like Plexus was a scam! I tried changing all of my personal information online, but apparently I didn't change everythingI changed my address to my current address in the system, but the autoshipment that was previously set up did not include this address changeThey charged me for the autoshipment and sent the order to the OLD addressAs soon as I noticed this error, I emailed to have them cancel or edit the orderThis was within hours of the pending chargeI knew they wouldn't respond, so I called back that next morning as soon as they opened, 6AMWhen they picked up, they told me they would not cancel the order (even though it was still pending and I would never get it)They were no helpThey told me I could change the address with UPS, but I was never given a tracking numberI even talked to one of the Leads, and she was very rudeI am tired of dealing with their customer serviceI cancelled my memborshipIt is NOT worth dealing with this companyI will buy my supplements elsewhere
Yes we did get the product but Plexus is lacking the customer service They did nothing to make anything better with the customer Instead, they just decided to cancel all future orders They have a good project but just very poor customer service We had every right to complain because we were charged for a product and expected delivery within a certain time period Yes, we understand that they had systems issues but if they would had been upfront and told us we would not had filed a complaint A follow up email was send and they refuse to response to it All we wanted for to know when my wife would get her material
