Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint I have carefully reviewed the complainant’s account with our companyCurrently, the complainant is signed up for a distributor account, which is subject to our Policies and Procedures for AmbassadorsThe Complainant’s Ambassador account was set up for an automatic shipment upon creation on 4/8/to process on the 25th of every month, as selected by the complainant According to our records, the complainant contacted us on 7/27/2015, but unfortunately, the order in question was scheduled and processed on 7/25/as previously agreedAs requested, we have cancelled any future automatic shipments Although we understand the frustration of the complainant, we are not liable for any fees acquired by the complainant’s financial institution, as we were not contacted before the automatic shipment was scheduled to process We do provide several options to assist our Ambassadors in account managementIn addition to contacting us by phone or email, the complainant also has the option to manage automatic shipments by logging into their account online Although any future automatic shipments are cancelled, the complainant will need to submit a Cancellation Form to completely cancel the account with our company, as required by our Policies and Procedures I hope this information has assisted the complainant in reaching a satisfactory resolution

To Whom It May Concern;Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaintI have carefully reviewed the complainants account with usI was unable to locate a completed cancellation form from last yearOur policies have since changed and we use an online form however, I have gone ahead and cancelled her account without the form, taking this complaint as the written noticeAlthough I was able to have the Annual Fee from 06/20/2015, I am unable to refund the Annual Fee from 06/20/With no communication found since June of and no evidence of a completed cancellation form being returned I am only able to refund the fee that falls within our policy for basic returns I hope this meets the satisfaction of the complainantIf you should need anything further please let me know.Thank you

To whom it may concern, Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this compliantAfter reviewing the complainant order history I have confirmed that a monthly auto shipment order processed on 11/28, unfortunately this order has delayed in its shipping processPlexus Worldwide has recently began a major overhaul of our entire inventory and warehouse systemAs a result, all orders were placed on a temporary hold in the first few weeks In December Unfortunately it appears that this information was not provided to the complainant when speaking with our Customer Service department A reship has been processed and is currently in route to the complainants shipping address The complainant’s new order can be tracked at In addition to reshipping the delayed order, we have refunded the complainant back in full for the November order and closed their customer accountA refund for $has been processed on 12/13/Please allow 3-business days for the funds to reflect back to the original payment methodPlease let me know if I can assist any furtherTell us why here
