I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Maronda's service manager did contact me and set up an appointment to install the one cabinet door next week, however he told me that the glass is not in for it yet and hopefully it would be in by the time he installed it. As for the other cabinets he did not say they would be in by the time he installs the one door... he did say the shelves and other cabinet were ordered but he could not tell me when and that is still the whole reason I contacted the Revdex.com in the first place because of the this issue. He told me I would have to contact Bill my construction supervisor to which I informed him that I was completely done dealing with him because he has lied to me multiple times and he is part of the problem. The service manager that is coming next week was very nice and professional however I WILL NOT consider this matter resolved with the Revdex.com until 1.) I have the cabinet door with the glass in it installed 2.) I have the other cabinet door with the drill holes on the wrong side replaced and installed 3.) All my shelves are installed that are missing from my kitchen island. A little progress has been made so hopefully this is resolved soon.

Dear Mrs. [redacted], We have been in contact with the heomowner and have agreed on a delivery of soil to the home. The homeowner will grade the home to their liking and Maronda Homes will supply the topsoil for them. Homeowner whishes to use there own seed and fertilizer for the project. Thank You,Maronda Homes.

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Maronda Homes Is Making No Attempt To Rectify OuR Yard Situation. The Fact That We Are Waiting To See If More Glass Comes Up Is Ridiculous In Itself. And There Is Tons Of Other Debris Plainly Visible That Is And Has Been Preventing My Yard From Being Ok. We Completely Understand The Idea Of A Starter Lawn But This Is Definitely Outside The Guidelines In Our Contract. The Carpet Tack Strip Was Brought Up And They Told Us They Would Get In Contact With The Flooring Company And Get Back To Us Still Never Heard Back. And I Am Leaving The Other Issues Unrectified Until THe Work Has Been Fully Competed With No Further Issues.

If they want pictures I can send whomever pictures of the huge rocks through the yard from them not raking and grading it properly. Even a huge piece of concrete has now emerged in the back yard.

be paid within 30 days of $8000.00. My purpose in this statement is only to verify the facts that are being disputed. I cannot offer a credit or return of any agreement previously taken place. Though I do not agree with Maronda’s reasoning behind not building a railing with every house, I have no legal standing to not accept that.However, we have not yet been contacted by Maronda to resolve the other matters so until we hear from them we will not accept thair response. We also request that this service call and all future service, as well as the 6 month punch list, be fulfilled by someone other than Joe (our Supervisor) since he was part of our complaint, we feel his lies and lack of care in this matter cause us great grief and would like to deal with someone more professional going forward. He is no longer welcomed inside of our house. thank you,
