A label was not "just created" to appease you. It was created because your package was being shipped. It can take 24-48 hours for tracking numbers to be updated and show movement. In checking UPS today, your package has made it to Las Vegas from California, and is expected to be delivered to you on Monday, 12/21/2015.

I am rejecting this response because: The letter stated that Amy would contact me no later then Monday morning the 11th. of July with the status of my order. I have not been contacted in any form and I myself have left two messages one Monday afternoon and one Tuesday morning the 12th. trying to reach Amy for a update. No person will call me back and all calls to Opsgear go to voicemail.

I have contacted the company several times and they have finally come through on my non-delivered order. My items arrived today July 20 and everything fits. OPSGEAR has fulfilled their obligation to me and I am satisfied with the result. They got to keep my money and I got my stuff. Hat's off to their CSR, Erik, his boss should be proud.I would like to close this complaint and indicate I'm finally a satisfied customer.
