sent to you around noon today stating that a refund was processed for $13.55. You were refund down to our discounted ground shipping rate of $8. I am rejecting this response because: I contacted my financial institution again and they have no record of any transaction pending or otherwise, so I feel that this again is absolutely false. Additionally, I would have no confidence that this is in any way true because during every correspondence it is always another 7-10 or 3-5 or 3-7 business days. Not once has "OpsGear" followed through on any one of their promises and their word holds no merit. The complaints have been filed and the charges disputed with my financial institution. Records are being generated with the consumer protection bureau and is being ear marked as fraudulent business practice.

I am rejecting this response because: On order [redacted] you are claiming that you sent me the Blackhawk Compact Medical Pouch on shipment number [redacted] through USPS. That is incorrect, because on that order number it only shows that you only shippedtwo items. That was the Small First Aide PVC Morale Patch and Blood Type PVC Morale Patch O/POS Black and Grey. There was no Blackhawk Compact Medical Pouch in that USPS conformation number. I have the conformation list in a email but I dont know how to attach it to show you.
