I am very sorry for the delay in response we are currently relocating out headquarters. I really wish there was a way to respond without closing the complaint. I want to let you know that I am taking care of it but the only option you will have is to accept or reject. I will do everything I can to make sure that I have you tracking this week. changed. The warehouse that was shipping those items for us shipped them to our main warehouse him Utah. That warehouse does not ship directly to APO's. That added additional shipping time. I do apologize that you feel that our customer service was not where it should have been but we have not had contact other than the request for the change of address. Also when an international order it place we do send an email stating that they can take longer to arrive. I am rejecting this response because:The item was ordered on Dec. 5th, and the address was a correct address in Italy. Changing it to a APO (DPO) made the delivery, essentially, domestic, NOT international mail (I routinely order things from the US and have it sent by normal USPS, and NEVER EVER has it taken more than 3 weeks to receive something. Usually, things arrive within a week).When we decided to change the address, on Dec. 6th, I wrote and asked if it was possible to change the address to an APO, "in order to speed up the delivery" and followed up with an e-mail on Dec. 7th stating "It would be very much appreciated if the package could be shipped immediately, as it is a Christmas gift." Only on DECEMBER 20TH did Mr. [redacted] receive confirmation that the package had shipped! That is FOURTEEN days from the date the change of address was requested.I did not say Mr. [redacted] should be refunded. I said he should be COMPENSATED for all the trouble and embarassment caused by your company taking FOURTEEN days to get the package shipped. But you just continue to deflect. You have no regard for your customers or their problems. Shame on you.
