I am rejecting this response because:Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and I would find this satisfactory to me but this is what they have been saying for the past several months! They sent me more or less the same response on Friday October 27th and I still have not received the promised tracking number. I would say the response will be satisfactory when I can actually see my package on its way to me and that package is shipped NEXT DAY or TWO DAY service. The shipping department has received your replacment order and is packing that up right now, I questioned why it was not just shipped before as it was a replacement and not a new order but was notified that it was made as a new order in the system that we paid for. I am keeping in contact with shipping to receive that tracking number as quickly as possible and will have that emailed to you once it is in my hands. Sincerely, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Thank you for contacting Opsgear so quickly.As I stated in my request military gear I have ordered was needed for July military training since Opsgear failed to ship it on time I wont have any use of it next week when I will receive it.I it impossible to contact Opsgear directly that is why I asked to cancel my and refund for the amount stated in the original claim.
