I am rejecting this response because: while the company provided a UPS tracking number, UPS still does not have the package in their possession according to their web site.  Until I receive the package and ensure that the items ordered are in the condition expected, I will not be withdrawing the complaint.  Just creating a UPS packing label does not mean that the item has shipped as they have claimed.

Please let me know what the phone number that you called from and left voicemails so I can find out what happened to ensure that this does not happen again. Please let me know if you emailed from any other email addresses. I have found 3 different email addresses for you and I want to make sure that I get all you emails and messages together to find out what happened. Again I am very sorry. I am going to get this straighten out shortly.

I am rejecting this response because:I have already said that I am not getting sucked back into your system of not responding to emails or phone calls. I have already told you guys multiple times how to make it right in previous emails and here. You could simply have sent my complete order to begin with as well of course. I'm not closing this based on your broken promises of responding to emails when you've already failed to respond to so many. Please simply fulfill the order as it was originally, or the proposed substitution already given several times.

I will ignore the comment regarding "low moral standards" as name-calling and insults don't accomplish anything, and the inability to access employees' emails to find conversations does not constitute "low moral standards."  The refund has been processed, and I apologize for the frustration felt by the customer.

We apologize for the delay in this matter.  The merchandise has been shipped. The tracking number is [redacted] and is being sent UPS.  Once again, we apologize profusely for the delay, and thank you for the opportunity to make this right.

I have spoken to [redacted] on the phone as well as via email. We issued a refund for the Voodoo Plate carrier due to a backorder with a 4 week ETA.Refund issued on 2/2/2016 in the amount of $86.39. This does reflect that coupon that was used. ThanksAmy

As for the customer service from the business, it's non existent. My co-workers are still awaiting delivery/resolution on their items which were ordered before mine so I thank the Revdex.com for facilitating this matter. As long as I get a full refund within a week, I accept opsgear refund. Your company has no business being in business. You have countless complaints about this same issue. Customers waiting weeks to months to either hear from you or to get their package.

apologize. UPS did deliver your package. If you did not receive it you need to contact them and provide the tracking number and file a claim with them. We shipped your package and the tracking shows that it was delivered to your house. That is why we issue tracking number on the packages. So that we can ensure that they arrive.  Again I am very sorry for the inconvience.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would like to note that this is the first I have EVER heard that their warehouse in Georgia cannot ship to APO addresses. If I had known that initially I would not have felt the need to pursue this course of action in getting a refund. Furthermore, it disappoints me that I had to state "I will be forced to pursue legal action" via email in order to warrant a response from Opsgear.com . I had sent a couple of emails to the company's help desk/support service asking for any information regarding the status of my refund, but once I said "I will be forced to pursue legal action" I had a response within 10 minutes. Thank you for helping to ensure this process was completed, I will never again do business with this company.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I am the customer. I placed an order on March 19th 2017 for in stock merchandise, which OPSGEAR stated was shipped out on April 5th 2017 (17 days to ship items). My credit card was billed when the items shipped. On April 20th 2017, OPSGEAR informed me the package had been tracked to Jamaica (regrettably, I do not live in Jamaica and this was not the shipping address). Today is May 24th 2017 (66 days later) and the merchandise is still lost in shipment; with apparently no one having any idea where on Earth this package is located.I have asked OPSGEAR to cancel my order and provide me a full refund. My first request was during a phone conversation, where the service representative agreed. A later request was via email, where OPSGEAR reversed their position and stated they would only process a refund after OPSGEAR received the package.To recap, I placed an order with OPSGEAR, they charged my credit card and their supply chain lost the package. And now (two months later) OPSGEAR is refusing to cancel my order and refund my account until the very people who lost the package, are able to return it to OPSGEAR. Quite honestly, I am beginning to feel like OPSGEAR is attempting to penalize me for the failures in their supply chain.I have been more than accommodating with the delays associated with this order’s processing/handling/shipping. However, my patience has been exhausted. With that said, I would like for OPSGEAR to cancel my order and process a full refund.Sincerely,[redacted]

Hello [redacted], I apologize for your frustration. Please know that we did ship your order. The tracking show that it is in Jamaica, NY. The departure point for items being shipped out to the US to Egypt. We have contacted USPS they have stated that your package is in transit. Once a package leaves our facility it is in the hands of USPS and we have no control at that point. We are unable to cancel your order as it has shipped and it in transit to you verified by the United States Post Office. As soon as you receive the package if you do not want it please return to sender. Please let us know via [email protected] or call 801-936-2322 and we will make sure that you refund is processed as soon as it is in route back to us. Again I am very sorry for the inconvience and frustration that this has cause. We do send out a confirmation email that does state that international orders can take up to 30 days or long to get shipped out.  Thank you for your paticence and understanding.
