On Friday, June 3, I placed an order for items at Opsgear.com I immediately received an Order Confirmation email from Opsgear confirming my order *** On June 13, I realized I had not received anymore emails from Opsgear showing my shipping information I also realized my credit card had been charged so I started contact I first emailed on 6/asking for tracking numbers I received an email back right away that my ticket was received and someone would be getting back to me personally within hours After not hearing from anyone, I emailed again on 6/ I waited until 6/@ and I called and left a message and later that day I received the email from Joshua apologizing for the delay and he was working on my order "right now" to make sure it went out "right away." As soon as it ships I would receive a tracking number Today is July and I have not received my product nor a tracking number
Did not receive my orderBusiness is ignoring my emails and responding by automatic replyThey did not send tracking number nor product as promised

I am rejecting this response because: I do believe I just asked for a refundThe whole purpose
of this was a sporting event that has come and goneThey don't deserve the business with they run itNot even a discount offerThanks for nothing

On July I had purchased items from opsgear a $dvd that arrived within days and a $shirt and a $pant that I still have not received I emailed the company twice with only my first email being answered with a generic answers the second was never replied to also multiple calls have been made to them with no successPlease help me if you can

I ordered A few items from this company and got an email ten days ago saying that I would get another email when they have shipped my package(i have yet to receive my email say that) I called them and it went straight to their voicemail and have yet to receive a call back
