Thank you for your responseAs we previously clarified, the section was simply labeled as VIP BalconyThere was no additional information provided to suggest that additional amenities were to be providedAlthough our customer has stated that a resolution was not offered, this is inaccurateOn 7/6/she spoke with a customer service managerAt this time, the representative offered a one-time courtesy resolution, stepping outside of the agreed to terms, though this offer was declinedAs our customer received the exact tickets which were selected prior to their event, which has since passed, and we have addressed their concerns, we consider this matter closed.Regards,Online City Tickets

I purchased tickets in March for my sins very first concert which was this evening, an hour before the concert I got a phone call from onlinecitytickets saying the original email I recieved with the tickets was invalid and they will be uploading new tickets, I printed those tickets out and when my three children got the the venue it turns out the exact same tickets were used minutes priorI was told I would get a refund but since the barcode was duplicated it looks like the tickets were used Livid doesn't begin to cover how I feel!!!!

Sincerely,The response is a "canned" response that they send out to a large number of complaints The site was miss-leading and gave the impression as the section in which I wanted was almost sold out, whn in fact it was notI was able to purchase other seats (in the same section) , with no problem and it clearly showed that there were plenty of options for seats in the SAME section., I expect that they will continue to do business this way and teh BBS will continue to get complaints. Fool me once, shame on you, but you wont fool me twice

We take the customer experience seriously and would like to take the time to address Mr***'s concernsWe should explain that OnlineCityTickets.com is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate ticketsinstead,
we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersThis fact is noted at the top of every webpage including our homepage with the statement: "We are a resale marketplacePrices may exceed face valueThis site is not owned by any venue."
While we understand that Mr*** contends he was purchasing tickets directly from the Giant Center, the above disclaimer and our branding clearly show that we are not affiliated with any venue or other ticket marketplaceAnd, while Mr*** takes issue with the fact that the prices of his tickets exceeded those advertised by the venue, our sales terms clearly state that prices may be above face valueMr*** also disputed this transaction with his bank.We have successfully disputed his claimsFurthermore, our checkout process gave him multiple opportunities to examine the full details of his order
When MrKerns selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, he was directed to review his itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the service and delivery fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bolded textMr*** was then directed to review our terms and conditionsvisible in a text box below this order totaland presented with the bolded message "All sales are final." At this point, he was also presented with the message "I agree to the sales terms and conditions listed above," and a check box that he needed to click to continue with checkoutBelow this check-box, another message was displayed that, in Mr***'s case, read: "By clicking 'Place Order', your credit card will be charged, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." This notice was followed by a button labeled "Place Order." When Mr*** clicked this button, he signified his acknowledgement of the total price and these terms, and completed his order
Our sales policies, including our "all sales are final" policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase processfrom a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message "All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)." Additionally, all sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer refundsWhile we understand Mr***'s frustration, he was made aware of this fact, and made an educated, conscious decision to purchase tickets from our site

I'm disputing this case because I did not get the $worth of tickets I purchased which I selected from Online City Tickets websites available seatingI chose front row seats and understood and was willing to pay $What I received were e-tickets for the very top row of the stadium which were not the tickets I agreed to purchase at the cost of $I specifically purchased the tickets the same day they went on sale for that very reasonI wanted to sit close to the stageWhy would I purchase tickets on opening day of ticket sales to choose seats that were way up and in the back of the arena? I didn't have a chance to even view my e-tickets until one week before the concert which was when they were sent to my e-mailBy then, it was too late to get better tickets much less front row ticketsI trusted that the seats I chose and paid for were the same tickets I would receive

Mr*** claims that he did not receive the correct tickets he requestedHowever, this is inaccurate; when Mr*** selected tickets to his event, he chose tickets specifically for Section: XXX-XXX, Row: A-LThe ticket option displayed for Mr*** indicated that these seats are considered zone seating which means that tickets will be provided in the area parameters providedThe description of zone seating was disclosed to the customer when he was looking at this ticket optionTo elaborate further, the listing Mr*** selected specified that his seats would be located in section 201, 202, 203, or XXX (XXX-XXX) anywhere between rows A-LAnd in fact, the tickets Mr*** received were for seats in section in row H within the zone he requested when placing his orderAs indicated in our previous response, customers must explicitly agree to our terms and complete each part of the process; failure to do so prevents the order from being completedWe must enforce this policy and cannot issue a refundMr*** has disputed this charge with his banking institutionHowever, we have successfully disputed his claims

I ordered tickets to go see *** *** and *** *** at the *** *** *** in Fresno California I purchased the tickets from what I thought was a credible site I purchased the tickets online for $ After I drove hours to go see the concert, my tickets came up as invalid I went to the will call office and they informed me that the tickets I had were not valid and that someone else had already used the same tickets I called their customer service line multiple times to try and remedy this since they have a 100% back money guarantee but they were no help I then went back to the concert venue and asked if there was any way to see the show and they said not without buying new tickets because they suspected that the tickets I received were fraudulent I have tried multiple times to receive my money back and still waiting in the charge-back complaint to be completed I would not trust this business by any means

We understand that Ms.*** ordered tickets to see Disney on Ice on 2/15/This show was later postponed to 2/22/Because of this, Ms.*** has asked that OnlineCityTickets provide her with a refundHowever, because sellers on our site list their own tickets and are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, we are unable to cancel or refund orders, or provide exchangesWe can provide refunds only in certain situations, such as when an event is cancelled and not rescheduledAs the Refund Policy transparently described in our sales terms states: "All sales are finalA full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges, will be given for cancelled events."
