artist for an alternative datePer the agrepolicies at checkout, unless the artist or venue does an outright cancellation, we are unable to offer a refund, as tickets for events which are postponed are still valid for the new date. We should note that this policy is in place to help ensure customers attend the event they originally selectedIn some cases, people may want a refund for these postponed events, and we always consider a variety of different factors about the rescheduled event in order to be responsive to our customersWe are pleased to have resolved this matter with Ms*** and hope she will consider Online City Tickets for any future event needsShould Ms*** has any further questions or concerns regarding this or any other order, we welcome her to contact a member of our customer service team. I am rejecting this response because: My financial institution has closed the case claiming they cannot help in this matterIf these tickets are valid, then why cant the broker take the tickets back and resell them again? The concert is in over months, plenty of time for the broker to resell these ticketsIf this was a low money deal, I wouldnt care, but for $they should at least try to work something out

Thank you for your response regarding this matterAs we previously stated, all tickets listed on our site are owned and priced by individual sellers, not Online City Tickets, based on their personal assessment of the market valueThough Mr*** continues to claim that his order total was not disclosed, no order can be placed on our site without the customer being presented with their order totalAdditionally, each customer is required to signify their agreement to our sales term, including our "all sales are final" policy, before placing the order
As we stated in our previous response, all tickets are owned and listed by individual sellers, as such, the largest portion of any order placed goes directly to the seller; the service charges represent the charges that Online City Tickets uses to maintain operating costs including our website, screening sellers to confirm valid tickets, and providing customer service
As the dispute Mr*** filed with his financial institution remains open, we are unable to offer Mr*** with an amicable resolution at this timeAs such, we consider this matter closed

Purchase was simple and electronic delivery very quickThanks!
Although the site was user friendly I found the return/cancellation policy confusing In one area it stated no returns or cancellations however, when I received my confirmation it stated that you can return/exchange
The seats I received were ok seats for the price

I am rejecting this response because: Your website is designed to look like a direct sellerYou cannot expect the average consumer to read the fine printDeception of a consumer is illegalI have also read similar complaints online in which the tickets purchased did not have seat numbers or had the same seat numbers that other consumers had already purchasedMeaning that the tickets I purchased are probably also illegitimateYour business is a scamI have received multiple calls with your customer service reps attempting to settle by lowering the chargeI will not accept this and will only accept a full refundIf that is not granted I am fully prepared to take legal action
