I am rejecting this response because: I told whomever I spoke to at customer service that my YEAR OLD SON had purchased the tickets. He, being a minor, is legally not allowed to enter into a contract. I do not know all the ins and out of everything that he had to "click" in order to purchase the tickets, but the company was called with an hour of the purchase that I HAD NOT APPROVED. They have proved to be very unhelpful in this matter; every time I have emailed with them, even during a string of emails within minutes of each other, I have a different person responding - every time. Seems like a cat and mouse game to me.They then told me that I should sell the tickets. How on earth do I sell a ticket that:1. Is a plain, gray credit card with NO markings - just numbers2. No information at all on the card, no dates, seat numbers etc.3. Last I checked, when you go to sell tickets either in person to someone or online (say at *** ***), you MUST list seat numbers. Not helpful.This company is completely ridiculous, has NO customer service - I can go on and on

I was pleased to find that Online City Tickets followed up to confirm that I had actually made the ticket purchase instead of someone else using my credit card
Finding the performance I wanted to see and ordering the tickets was so easy and hassle free

The experience was very good in general (so far)It was good to get the tickets I was looking for but it was a little expensiveThis is only a one time option

ticketsRather, our role is simply to facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersFor this reason, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties, and therefore must adhere to an "all sales are final" policy, to which all customers must agree prior to purchase.Our company takes unauthorized claims very seriously and, when Ms*** first contacted us, our team reviewed her transaction to address her concernsUpon further review of the order there was no indication that the order had been placed illicitly, thus we were unable to provide a refund for this order due to our "all sales are final policy" which is in place to ensure both customers and sellers are treated fairly. explain that OnlineCityTickets.com is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets--instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellersThis fact is noted on every ticket and checkout page and at the top of our homepage with the statement: "We are a resale marketplacePrices may exceed face valueThis site is not owned by any venue." It is difficult to understand Ms***s' belief that she was purchasing tickets directly from San Diego Civic Theatre as the above disclaimer and our branding clearly show that we are not affiliated with any venue or other ticket marketplace
When Ms*** selected tickets and was taken to our checkout page, she was directed to review her itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the service fee per ticket, delivery fees, the price per ticket, and the total price in bolded textMs*** was then directed to review our terms and conditions--visible in a text box below this order total--and presented with the bolded message "All sales are final." At this point, she was also presented with the message "I agree to the sales terms and conditionsI have reviewed the Order Summary above," and a check box that she/he needed to click to continue with checkoutBelow this check-box, another message was displayed that, in Ms***'s case, read: "By clicking 'Place Order', your credit card will be charged $500.95, and on her second order $253.95, which includes ticket, service, and delivery fees." This notice was followed by a button labeled "Place Order." When Ms*** clicked this button, she signified her acknowledgement of the total price and these terms, and completed both of her orders(A sample screenshot of the checkout page is included in a PDF attachment.)
Our sales policies, including our "all sales are final" policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process--from a notice on every ticket page to a sales terms statement displayed at checkout with the message "All sales are finalAll prices are listed in US Dollars (USD)." Additionally, all sellers on our site are notified as soon as an order for their tickets is placed, which means we are unable to cancel orders or offer refundsMs*** was made aware of this fact, and made an educated, conscious decision to purchase tickets from our siteMs*** has since disputed with her bankWe want to resolve this with her and will provide our offered resolution but we cannot do so unless that bank dispute is closedThis is to ensure that Ms*** receives a definitive resolution via one avenue rather than through both her bank and Online City Tickets

I am rejecting this response because: they are not taking any responsibility for the matterWhen I contacted the vendor regarding my complaint, they did, after a long discussion, offer me a 10% discount code for up to $off of a future purchase with themThis was not a resolution to meTherefore, I did contact my credit card company and the Revdex.com as an attempt to protect myself and my purchase of more than $600.00.The dispute I filed with my creditor has been closed because nothing was handled improperly with the cash transactionSince that dispute has been closed, they are free to offer a resolution.They are saying that GA and Row and Seat #'s being used for inventory purposes only is an "industry" standardMaybe the people who actually work in the "industry" might know that, but a row and seat number on a concert ticket means that is where my seat is to me, and I would think pretty much everyone else in the world.They are saying they are the "middle man", however, they must share in at least some responsibility for their customers (sellers) posts on their websiteWhen I purchased these tickets, it clearly stated PIT, Row 4, with seat #'sI have attended many concerts and events in my life and not once have I ever had this problemI have also attended many General Admission eventsFor those events, the tickets clearly stated General Admission, not a "GA" in small print on the side of the ticket, and they did not have row and seat #'s on them, because they were General Admission, which we know means, first come, first serveAlso, General Admission tickets are normally somewhat reasonable in price, not $600+.It is my opinion and my request that both the company and the seller accept responsibility for the ambiguous listing and refund my moneyAs I stated in previous correspondence, we were very shocked and disappointed to arrive at the concert and find out that we had no seatsWe had to sit on ground (lawn) where people probably paid less than $for their ticketsDue to my boyfriends health conditions, we were not able to continue to sit on the ground, therefore, we had to leave the concert before it was even half way over

Ms *** has made a serious claim and we have conducted a thorough investigation that included speaking to Ms*** and the seller and providing each of them the opportunity to provide evidenceIn this case, Ms*** has not provided evidence and the seller was able to obtain proof that these tickets were never scanned at the venueThis means that there is no way that Ms*** presented the venue to scan the tickets at the time of the event and was denied entryIf the tickets were presented for entry, they would have been designated as "attempted" to be scanned and declined
While it is rare that customers claim tickets are invalid without actually presenting them to the venue, it does occur and when we learn that is the case, we deny the refund but continue to reach out to the customerIn this case, despite the evidence definitively establishing that Ms*** never attempted to use her tickets, we contacted her to resolve the matter but we were unsuccessfulIf Ms*** would like to speak about this further, we encourage her to reach out to us and ask to speak to a member of our management team
