Made contact with customer, the container is not visible at all times therefore did not get picked up, customer is getting picked up this afternoon and customer will leave container in a place so driver can see it in the future

I reject this Response due to the following: If your policy is to not deliver the container without payment then why was it? The bill attached does not reflect any of the costs listed in your responseIt is additional rental costs of $as of 8/9/and a late fee of $If we order a container for days, Why would you not pick it up after daysI personally made that phone call to you on July 24thAt that time Roxanne made no mention of additional monies owed especially if it was for "delivery" of the dumpster for the $I paid was for the additional days! *** Construction has never received the paper bills attached to your responseI would like to see the signed delivery notice for after a conversation with my foreman - he met with the driver that day of the delivery and provided a credit card for payment at that timeI feel your practices are shady and misleading

Customer has accounts with us. account is on *** Place and has a TEMP service there. This account currently has a balance of 8,over days. Customer also has another account in Vernon on 49th street. This account also has an outstanding balance
$which put the account on service interrupt because this balance was over days too. Customer called in and made payment of $which was mistakenly applied to the *** account and therefore did not allow service on the 49th street account. The payment is being moved and applied to the 49th street account. However, even with payment there still will be a balance. With that said, we have taken the account off of service interrupt and have it scheduled to be service tomorrow 8/18/

Our operations manager has spoken to the customer about the issue. We will not be issuing a credit

Sales Rep Jennifer C*** spoke with Matt and agreed to terminate his contract without the termination feesThe contract will expire on 2/28/and Matt will be responsible for the remaining balances on the accountI confirmed this with both Jennifer and Matt and the matter has been resolved

February 22, Revdex.com complaint ID# *** Concerning ID# 1*** and the client’s complaint on a service fee charged due to cancellation of services. At Republic Services there is no termination fee to end service. There is a removal fee that is assessed to remove trash or recycle containers from service locations once a client has ended service. The removal of these containers is not done by the regular trash/recycle truck but requires that a different truck is sent out to complete this task. The removal fee is assessed to help defray the expenses of sending this truck out to remove carts from service locationsOur CSR’s did express this at the time of the original call as well as two follow up callsTwo CSR’s did offer our reason for the cost of the cart removal fees but the client was upset and disconnected the call Republic Services takes any clients complaints very serious and want to try to resolve and do what’s right for the clientWe supply trash cart to our clients that require our services at no additional monthly chargesWe also handle all maintenance of the containers in the duration of services at no additional costWe understand due the wear and tear of our industry maintenance is required and it is our responsibility to ensure this takes place We will ensure all charges are credited off MrTim Vaught Republic Services account and the account will reflect a zero balance as the desired settlement requested If you have any further questions please contact my office at *** ***

This account has been cancelled without penalty, per customer request

Services were supposed to have been canceled in January, there was never a valid contract, there was no trash that was picked up on 2-2-because I already had a container put in on January 30th, that I was usingAccording to the amount of negative complaints about your company, it's proven that you are constantly frauding consumersI will take this as far as it will go even if it has to be resolved in courtYour container needs to be picked up ASAP, Starting 2-10-our storage fees for your container on my private property is $a day starting on 02-01-

We have credited customer for missed pick ups and the container refresh. We have not agreed to refund for his increase in rates as they were in accordance with the agreement that was signed. Our Account Manager has been communicating with customer

It appears this occurred during the *** city cleanupCustomer claims our driver threw away his lid when he dumped the trash but did no one actually witnessed this happeningWe delivered a new container 12/20/We apologize for the inconvenience
