If it was a printer error, why was nothing done until I contacted the Revdex.com?) As I do not yet have this refund, and do not believe that they actually did mail it on January 26th (when I spoke with a representative from Kohl's, I was told that they didn't know what happened to my refund, and that it would be another 1-months while they "looked further into the matter") This matter is not resolved until I actually receive my refund Regards, [redacted]

I again am gonna state that I have faxed proof to your corporation twice now I have confirmed again today it that was received October 19th I spoke with John a CSR at your corporation and he's the only one that's been willing to help me this far he stated you do have the FAX again and he has sent an email to your people to work on this this needs to be resolved this is the on long enough for you to refund me $that you owe meI'm just not understanding how [redacted] called me and I have a voicemail stating that you guys did find the problem and that the money would be issued back to me now you can't seem to find it again when is the story going to match up and when am I going to get my money back that's what you need to work on I am not trying to be evil I am just frustrated and not understanding the problem

We deeply apologize for the disappointmentAs we verified that the order was inadvertently shipped to a different address, we were able to process a reorder for six items which were on her initial order, and will be shipped accordinglyShe is welcome to track the status of this order on her Kohls.com shopping accountUnfortunately, as the remaining items were out of stock, on November 28, we credited her for these items in the amount of $604.70, which will post in an average of seven days to her VISA card ending in *** Additionally, we credited a separate $to the VISA, in compensation for broken dishes that were received

The gift card was processed on December 15, Please advise our customer to please allow 7-business days to receive via USPS
