You say that you value your customersHow come you have not picked up the phone and called me? Can you not dial out like the rest of the Kohls corporation? As our customer earned $Kohl's Cash when purchasing this item, and subsequently redeemed $Kohl's Cash on April 15, for order #8453299940, the return amount is subtracted by the amount of Kohl's Cash redeemedAs such, we stand behind our previous resolutionWe also decline her request to be reimbursed interestAs such, we consider this matter closed

The customer needs to reply STOPALERTS, not only STOP to 56457. That is the only way to stop mobile alerts.
Our customers are welcome to use Kohl’s Cash passed the expiration date, if it is within days of the expiration dateAs our customer surpassed this grace period, we respectfully decline any request for reimbursement
