[I have told Kohl's several times that I am not at home and therefore cannot get mail. I have asked for them to apply a credit to my account. This new statement saying that there was Kohl's cash given for this order, that it was redeemed and therefore deducted from this credit does not match what I was told previously. After months of trying to get this straightened out I am disappointed that now they come up with a new reason to not totally credit what they charged me. I am asking for the $to be credited to my account.]

Upon review of the original receipts, it does show a 10% senior citizen discount was applied, so our customer's shirt was $24.99, and $was deducted and it would also change the tax amount and adjust it accordinglyThe amount applied on the gift receipt is correct
