I have only recently become aware of MobStub. I ordered a set of sheets. They arrived a few days before the expected date and were the quality that was stated. I have nothing but good things to say based on my 1 experience.

I ordered four makeup bags for holiday gifts. Upon receiving them, there was a glaring misspelling error on the front of the bag. I cannot give these as gifts. If they had an emblem, a picture, or even an initial, that would have been an improvement. This spelling error was not obvious or even easily seen in the online advertisement unless you downloaded the pictures and blew them up.
Of course, these were listed as final sale no returns. My fault for not picking up on that sentence and understanding that there was something wrong with the product. Upon emailing the company, I received a standard "No returns" email, which I already knew. So disappointed!!!
I saw a bracelet that I loved on Facebook. They advertise this company Mobstub all the time. I ordered a bracelet from this company. Got an email on Dec [redacted] that is was shipped and would take no longer than 10 days. They gave me a tracking number. I waited and waited. I never received it. I had sent them an email about this and was supposed to hear back in no later than 48 hours. I never received anything. I wrote a posting on Facebook and my cousin sent me a phone number (###-###-####). I called the phone number and it said Mobstub, please send us an email. The number my cousin gave me had a actual person answer, It was more an answering service asking my name, phone number, email and the order number and someone will get back to me. I checked today the tracking number they gave me from the postal service. It was picked up in [redacted] on December [redacted]. How can someone pick it up the day before it was even shipped? This is a scam. I saw their ad and read comments. People are waiting from November and don't realize it's not arriving. Facebook should take this company off their pages from advertising because it is a fake company. How did they get a tracking number of a package that was delivered.? My name and address was on the order and I live in North Carolina. I called my credit card number, reported it and they took the charge off. Please stop this company from cheating people out of their money and using the postal service as well. And by the way, the phone number you (Revdex.com) have listed for them is a fax line.

Out of the blue Mobstub seemed to know that I was looking for a specific backpack. I jumped in and bought it for $25.00. When it came it was a tiny purse not even a backpack so I planned on returning it.
After searching their site I found that nothing is returnable since they give such good deals.
Not a good deal ...not even what I expected....
I will not buy from them again.

That is NO WAY to do business. Under your terms and conditions all it talks about are vouchers..I did not purchase a voucher I purchased a product..that took a month to be shipped out...asked for my $ back...why hold on to it when I didn't have my merchandise? Never will I do business with this "company" ever again...they're a big scam!

The customer placed 3 separate orders for the beanies. The orders were placed on different dates as well.
As these are clearly listed on Final Sale we are unable to authorize a refund.
I ordered two rings and received only one. Ordered four blouses that did not fit and a fifth one was the wrong color. Sent the five back and never received the four larger ones or the one in the right color. Did not get a refund either. Since the total amount is ninety dollars I am going to explore the legal avenues because this should not be allowed to happen without consequences.
