Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: this is a circular response, again When will the Revdex.com intervene to address Microsoft directly itself? Is not the Revdex.com's role to speak directly to the company to resolve an issue when its practices are unfair and abusive to customers? For one of the verification questions alone - the one Microsoft refers to - there is no way for me to plausibly and accidentally "guess" the date that I signed up for SkypeIt will not take a few "guesses" but rather a few thousand "guesses."
