Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: your response only takes care of one of this issues in the complaint which I resolved finally after days if someone using my account and getting my information while your Support and supervisors were hanging up on me when I would call in as a to year customer I feel that your company only cares about the money the consumers spend on your products and not the service you offer it should not take over days to get back into a account and now thirty days till I can play my Xbox and use my saves and files all cause your support could care less that my account was stolen your support is horrible and I'm most likely wasting my time when I could just switch to Sony so if we cannot come to a reasonable resolution I will sell my abox and buy a PlayStation where my security and my time spent with the company will be respected and taken seriously I'm asking for the company to do what they claim and provides good customer service Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Number one, I completely do not accept the fact that Microsoft thinks it is acceptable for them to say what is necessary for my computerBy forcing upgrades without my approval or even being able to see what they are they are invading my privacy and individual sovereigntySecond they had me completely tied up for weeks with an inability to properly use MY computer because of THEIR faulty programThird I have spent over hours directly dealing with this issue(waiting for calls that never came, sitting watching technicians ineffectively work on my computer, and being repeatedly put on hold for up to or over an hour because their tech department is overwhelmed by thousands of calls from thousands of customers who have the similar issues with the same "version" of windows10)Their response is nothing more than bottled feces regurgitated from a legal flunky who probably didn't even read the details of the complaintI also find it very hard to accept that when I asked to speak to a supervisor it took him minutes to find the information on how I request compensation for my problems that they causedThe absurdity of the fact that an American company, owned by an American citizen, headquartered in American, selling an American made product, on American soil expects me to send a written letter( no phone number, no email available) to DENMARK to request compensation for their absolute inability to release a properly functioning productThis entire situation is beyond repugnant Sincerely, [redacted]
