Scam Placed an order with my credit info A few hours later, getting:

On December 21, I sold a gift card from *** to CardpoolThe card was worth $300...they offered me $which I acceptedI have emailed them several times regarding not receiving the money, and each time I get an automated email back saying they will get back to me, and as of today, I have not received any email informing me of when I will receive my moneyI have also tried re-entering the information at their website and it shoots back that gift card has already been submitted

On January (calendar days and business days ago) I submitted $worth of *** gift cards to Cardpool*** in exchange for $worth of *** gift cardMy transaction number is #*** Their website promised at the time transaction that by selecting to be paid this lower amount that my *** gift card would be given as an "instant" exchangeDuring the transaction process it then said I needed to "allow business day"Then after completing the transaction (where I submitted all the information about my gift cards and my personal credit card information), I received an email that said: " We'll typically email you a brand new *** Gift Card within business day of receiving your gift cardsDuring peak holiday periods, please allow 1-additional business days for processing transactions." This company keeps advertising to me directly through email and then when I go to buy something it does not accept my ordersI have tried multiple times to buy their products and they continually deny me without reason yet I still receive their advertisementsI have tried to contact them to see why they do not accept my purchases and they have not respondedI have called and emailed multiple timesThis is discriminatory

Given the amount of personnel information one provides before selling to them in addition to the three years I have purchased from them, this response does not ring true

I've had no issues selling electronic gift cards to Cardpool They process them fast and send payment promptly However, do NOT mail physical gift cards to Cardpool! Half the time they are lost in the mail or in their processing center (not clear which) They claim to never receive them, do not pay you, and you no longer have the cards Customer support response is basically "sucks to be you."

I did an online gift card exchange on January 23, I sent an email inquiring as to the status on February 3, and have yet to receive a responseThe email acknowledging the transaction notes transaction *** and states that the gift card to be sent (Amazon) would be done so within three days of the transactionThis transaction was done online so it was immediateIt's been two weeks since the transaction and I have not received anything yet
