This company says they'll purchase gift cards from you at a guaranteed rateI sold a card to them, but never received paymentI've reached out to their customer service department three timesOn their website, it says all customer service emails will be answered within hours, but it's been weeksI can only assume now that the gift card doesn't work that this company is stealing my card from me and not paying me for itThis is absolutely the worst customer service I've received in years

This company, Cardpool, allowed my information to be hacked in their system, and a $gift card purchased without my ordering or consentI have made repeated attempts to contact them via their email support, and phone support and after days I have not ever heard from a live person or had any sort of response at allThe only response I had was a password reset attempt, presumably made by the same hacker that made the initial purchaseStill no customer response at allPhone calls are all automatic to voice mail and NEVER get a live person
AVOID CARDPOOL AT ALL COSTS!!!!

On May 19, 2018, Cardpool finished processing my gift card that I sold and mailed to themThey sent me with a link to an *** gift card in the amount of $15.65-which is the correct amount-but the redemption link doesn't work! It returns a website not found errorFurthermore, I suddenly cannot log in to my cardpool account, which I need to be able to access orders I have made(I haven't changed my password, so this is weird...)I tried the password reset feature, but it didn't work to send me an email! The account is linked to (my email account I posted this with)I emailed support about these issues days ago, and they haven't gotten back to me! Thanks for your help in resolving this issue

I had three $gift cards that I wanted to sell because I can’t use themThey were for *** *** StoreI have no *** devices to use them onI won them at work Christmas party and decided to try and sell them for around $each on Cardpoo*** I scratched the numbers off the cards and input them into the Cardpool websiteI received confirmation email about them getting posted for saleGot and email about of them getting sold, then got an email Cardpool cancelled transaction for no specific reason I quickly checked the balance on the cards that sold, and they have been cleaned out

In mid-December, I sold two $(total of $100) ***s gift cards to Cardpool for which they stated I they would pay me $Right before Christmas, I received an email from Cardpool notifying me that the envelope I sent the cards in mysteriously had a slit in the side of it and one of the cards was missing so they were adjusting the amount that they would pay me to $I still have not received a check for $I have contacted their customer service department with no responseI either want the card back or want the $

I purchased a $gift card from CardpoolThe card ended up having no balanceI contacted customer service via their listed email since no phone number is available and have not heard back and it has been weeksAccording to their website they have a day protection guarantee but since I cannot get in touch with them this seems to be a very serious case of fraudulent sale of goods, misrepresentation of a guarantee and advertising of what the site offers to buyers

I have tried to contact customer service numerous times to check on my orderWebsite is showing that they never received my order, but I mailed it to them on the 27th of Decvia the label that they providedI am supposed to receive *** Credit for the Gift Card I mailed to them, but I have not been able to reach any customer service or get any responses to my emails sent to customer service

I sold Cardpool $in gift cards back in JulyI mailed them and once they received them they sent me an email for my *** codeI didn't click on redeem the code until November because I was saving it for Christmas giftsOnce I first tried to use the code it said it wasn't validI contacted cardpool right away and *** in customer service got back to me through email (the only way to contact the business) a few days later and said she contacted *** and they said the code was fine and could still be usedI tried right away after I read the email and THIS time the code had said it had already been redeemedI again contacted cardpool and they said I would have to send them screenshots (which I did)Then cardpool got back to me and said they could not contact *** and open up a claim on my behalf and that I would have toI didI spoke to *** who was going to forward my claim to a different and higher up divisionThey got back to me and said there was nothing they co

On June 23rd, I went online to to Cardpool.com and decided to sell them a CVS gift card with a value of (U.S dollars) on itIn exchange for said gift card, they were to email me an Amazon gift card with the value of 28.58, within one business day of them receiving my CVS gift cardI filled out the form an received a prepaid label to send the cardI sent it that same day, June 23rd, and they received it on June 26th, 2017, I even got an email from Cardpool confirming the receipt of the gift cardI waited and as of today, June 30th, I have not gotten anythingI have called or different numbers, but still have not gotten any responseI have also emailed them, but no response there eitherTo add to my concern, I went online to their website to check if anything was updated and now it shows a status of "cancelled transaction." Please assist in this matter as I have exhausted all my options

I entered a gift card to try and redeem the balance with an *** creditIt was accepted, but then I was told there was an errorNow there has been no attempt to credit me, and the site is saying the card has already been acceptedPlease rectify this situationThere is no legitimate way to contact customer service through this business which makes me skeptical that is a scam

On March 6th at 8:EST I ordered an "instant" delivered electronic gift card for Starbucks in the amount of $that I paid $forThe description says delivered "instantly" and then I got an email confirm if my order stating would be delivered within business dayAs of this time I have not received the card nor a response from Cardpool for my inquiry as to the status

I had a negative experience with Cardpool due to the unprofessional way that the Customer Service department handled (or rather, didn't handle) an issue with my orderI tried to use a Carpool Gift Card that my wife gave me on their websiteThree days after placing the order and contacting customer service, I was informed that my order was denied due to the fact that their "risk assessment team has determined that we aren't able to accept the order"After learning that I am not able to use my Cardpool Gift Card, I asked that Cardpool refund the money on the Gift Card since they will not allow me to use it on their site, and they refused to even send a personal response - instead sending me a link to their site stating that purchases are finalNow I have a Cardpool Gift Card that I cannot use on their websiteI am very disappointed with the way the situation has been handled by customer serviceWhile my situation is unique, it is important for customer service to realize that I lost money and to handle the situation with integrity instead of brushing me aside and not addressing the issue that I had

I ordered a *** *** gift card on 1/11/(order# ***) for $(value $105) from CardpoolI used it once for $and it worked fineWhen I went to use it in a *** *** location on 2/10/18, I was told the system said the card was cancelled because it was listed as stolenI also went to check the balance online and it said the card is no longer recognizedThe existing balance on the card is $I wrote Cardpool via email (which is the only way you can contact their customer service on 2/10/18) saying I would like a refund for my unused balance or an equivalent amount of *** *** gift cardsI followed up with another email on 2/17/18, a week later, with still no replyTherefore it has been over a week with no answer from anyone at CardpoolThe specifics around the *** *** card is listed belowThe card number is *** *** ***

I tried to sell a $pottery barn gift card in exchange for an *** credit, however when I got to the point during checkout where I needed to enter my credit card information to verify the exchange, I entered the wrong code on the back of the card, so it denied my transactionWhen I went to redo the transaction, it said that the gift card # had already been entered and I wasn't able to move forward and actually complete the transactionI've called, left a voicemail, emailed multiple times, and left a couple of *** messages, and no one is responding at allCan you please advise and at least release my giftcard so I can restart & complete the transaction and just get this over with?
