What?! Should not it be Cardpool's responsibility to find out who illegally redeemed my card, given its 1-year warranty??? So, I replied and said it should be Cardpool who investigates this issue instead me Then Cardpool agent replied and said there is nothing they can do about it and still insist me to contact *** I think I will dispute this charge if Cardpool does not take any action to protect me against this fraudOne of main reasons I bought used gift cards from Cardpool is its 1-year warrantyNow, I do not know how much should I can trust it if Cardpool assumes it is customer's responsibility to figure our what happened when something like this happened I had similar issue with gift card bought from *** before, but *** general solved problem and refunded me quickly
