The company purchased a gift card from me for $They sent me an e-mail confirming this, and then the next day sent me an e-mail saying that I would be receiving $They then sent me a check for $They have ignored multiple e-mail requests over the last month for support

I purchased multiple gift cards through Cardpool, which included *** ($100), *** ($250) and * *** ($70)I had a remaining balance of $and a $gift card left for *** after useI attempted to use the remaining gift cards during another transaction and was told there was no balance leftI purchased $worth of *** gift cards and $worth of * *** gift cards with no balanceI have attempted to reach the company multiple times by email and phone without any successCompletely disappointedWOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I sold two gift cards (one physical and one electronic) to Cardpool on 3/9/I was told by Cardpool I would receive $for the gift cardsTwo days later I mailed the physical gift card to the company for payment (their site stated the egift card did not need to be mailed)Their site reports that they will pay for the cards within three days of receiving the gift card(s)However, it has been nearly two weeks and still my account appears only as "in review." I have tried to email them and call them multiple times with no responseThis is very poor business practice and if I do not hear from them or receive my payment I will never conduct business with them again and will warn everyone I know that they are a fraudulent company

I ordered Toys R US gift cards from CardpoolIt showed on their webpage and the delivered gift cards that I will be able to use the eGift cards onlineHowever when I try to check out with the cards, it shows "Merchandise Return Cards are not accepted online" on Toys R US websiteThe product I am interested in is only available onlineI've contacted the customer service but never heard from them

O august 2nd 2016, I placed and order with Carpool I received an order number along with a confirmation email and verification as to where my order would be shipped
days later on the 4th I receive and email stating; 'Our risk assessment team has determined that we aren't able to process your order at this time', and that my order has been canceled and the CC not charged When I inquired as to why I was deemed a 'rick', I received the following answer 'To clarify the email that you received, each order must be reviewed and approved by our companies risk assessment department before it can be processed for paymentOur records confirm that your order was cancelled because it was rejected by our risk teamUnfortunately, due to the nature of our business, we do not currently disclose the parameters of our risk assessment.'
If there is an 'application' process then that should clearly be stated on their website If they are advertising products they really don't have to sell, then that is advertising

I purchased a gift card that was not able to be used from this company it was already used

I input three gift cards and it has been “in review” for over daysI have emailed them many times, nothingI have called them in the morning, afternoon and later,NOTHINGNo one has literally answered the phoneI have left voicemails to them call me back as well, nothingIncredibly shadyI just want my gcs back or finalized but the company refuses to communicate when they have my product on hold

Cardpool agreed to provide me $in ***.com credit for my $*** *** gift cardAfter them having the gift card in their possession for two weeks I emailed them for a status updateThey emailed me back that they had my gift card and would be processing it within the next 1-business days and that I would see the email will my *** credit once it was doneLater that day I received a very vague email that Cardpool couldn't process my gift card and would be sending it back to meConsidering they had the gift card for two weeks without contact and that now they suddenly couldn't process the gift card, I was upset and emailed them back to ask to speak with someone about what exactly happened and why they reniged on their agreement with meI suspect that the value of the gift card went down in their eyes between when it was processed and when they received it, but I have no idea because they refuse to contact me back

I attempted to sell a $gift card to CardPool*** and received an email saying that the transaction could not be processed so they were returning the card to meI tried to redeem the card and was told that the balance is $although I have never used the cardCardPool must have sold the card using the information I had provided (I needed to give them the card number and pin when I tried to sell it) without crediting me anythingI contacted the company for which the card was for and was told that the card was spent a few days after I tried to sell it to CardPoolI would like to have the card returned to me as soon as possible with the original $balance

While there seem to be a lot of bad reviews out there, my experience has only been positiveI've bought multiple gift cards (for Best Buy, Home Depot, Dell, and Pottery Barn), sometimes totaling over a thousand dollars per order, and I've never had an issueMy first order was over three years agoI immediately received a verification e-mail and once I filled out the requisite information, the electronic gift card I ordered was e-mailed within a minuteSince then, I've ordered gift cards about ten times and I've always received the electronic gift cards within one day and usually within an hourThey're always for the promised amountI did sell one electronic gift card, and that too went extremely smoothlyI got my amazon gift card that I had exchanged for within hours
