I purchased four Chipotle gift cards from Cardpool.com in 2016, all within month period when Cardpool guaranteed the value of the cardsUnfortunately, I found out that these four cards were inactivated and had zero balance on the cards in December I first emailed Cardpool's customer service on 12/16/but got no responseSince then I have emailed three more times without any reply from CardpoolThey have no phone numbers listed on their website so I tried looking up their number on the internetI called three times and left messages but again have no success in having anyone returning my callsThese gift cards are supposed to have $on each cardI spent almost $purchasing these bogus cards and I would like to have my money back

Then on January 17th, tried to submit cards again, but today, January 24th, received above notice again, and again offer was cancelledThis is the sole response I've gotten as to why my cards were declined: "These determinations are made in a black box by a risk assessment team in our firmOur processing center has no greater insigh

I sold them a chick fil a gift card and have not received any money or update on my accounti have tired multiple times to contact support but no responsedo not sell or buy anything from this company

Sent in a physical restaurant gift card in exchange for an *** gift card, company has simply taken my gift card, I have received nothing in returnThis company has simply stolen my gift card and seems to have absolutely no intent to return it or to make the exchange originally agreed upon

Cardpool says it takes a business day to sell them a card online After waiting days, I gave up and canceled If you can't timely complete a transaction then don't do it in the first place Not being able to electronically pay you is another negative but to be fair Cardpool does explicitly mention that payment would be a mailed check Unfortunately, given the fact that I waited business days and it was still "in review" when I canceled then we are looking at over a week to get this transaction completed Too long for me Also a nice feature assuming that it worked is that Cardpool said it didn't need the physical card to complete the transaction

I sent a store card to Cardpool on January 1st, after making arrangements for them to directly buy my card It is now January 26th and I have yet to have a response back and have not received a check for that purchase I have called the number two times and e-mailed them twice and have received no response Poor business as far as I am concerned!!!!

This company is a total SCAMI tried to sell $gift card to this company in exchange for an amazon gift cardUsed their free shipping label and mail the gift card out on 8/1, after weeks "in review" status, I asked them if they received the gift card on 8/They said no but later in the evening the claimed they received it but the balance in the card is $and they cancelled the transactionI called the merchant to verify balance and was informed that the gift card was used on 8/and 8/in the stores that's located thousand miles from me and that the gift card is in store only gift card, means cardpool had the physical gift card when the fraudulent activities happenedNo refund and no attempt to make it rightI will NEVER do business with this company again

Stay far, far away from this company I filed a complaint with the California Attorney General's office after reading various review web sites that show this company rarely follows through on what it promises

TOTAL SCAM! Mainly two different problemsThe website refuse to cancel my orderI placed an order on April 22, and realized that I double orderedTherefore, I submitted a cancellation request within hour after checkoutSince the website hasn't delivered the product, it is a CANCEL rather than RETURNThe customer service got back to me on April 23, saying that you cannot let me return the cardBut I don't need a return, I need a CANCELThe website charges me without delivery! The website promised to deliver the e-card within hours, but now business days has been passed, I didn't received any email about the e-cardMore importantly, I got CHARGED!!! The website keeps crashing and I cannot do anything to check the status of my order

Like many I too sold a card to Cardpool thinking the A+'grade the Revdex.com gave them made them legitI choose to electronically enter the info with a *** gift card return as they stated the usual pay out was a day, possibly two during the holiday seasonWell a week later and I'm still in review and no answer when I email them asking what the situation isIt's amazing that they'd get the backing of the Revdex.com with no customer serviceEven more of a joke is I'm still constantly getting emails asking them to refer them to friends
