I sold gift cards to cardpool online in mid DecemberI recieved an email the same day that said a check was mailed to meIt has been nearly a month and I have not recieved my checkI have emailed support twice, I have not recieved a responseI have called them, and gotten their voicemailThey also took bank account information so they could charge my card if I used the gift cards that I soldSo I am owed money

days ago I purchased a $*** gift card that turned out to have a $balance immediately after I received itI tried leaving a message and sending emails and have not heard back to get my refund due to their day guaranteeNever had a problem before, assuming they are overwhelmed because of the holidays with fraud but I really need that money back

So I bought a JCPenney gift card today for a pretty good deal $for $(that was with their current promo running code) So that was great now minutes later I was wondering where the electronic gift card was and they sent a email wanting me to confirm the order and my link didn't work so I went to google and typed in CardPool order verification phone number and saw a number (415) 419-and this is where is all turned aroundGuy that answered was very professional he said he just had a few questions to verify my identity, odd question but ones that I would only know so that was reassuringI do appreciate the level of security they obviously offer but I do think it may be to much especially for those used to other discount card websitesAfter the phone call he said he would put my order to processing and that I would receive my gift card within hours about hours later I received my gift card and was able to make the purchase I wanted from JCP for a steal! Overall I would use them againThat phone number though was probably a big factor in my transaction going smoothlyHope it and this review can help you out! Thanks

10/I sent my gift card to Cardpool which I was offered an exchange of an Amazon gift cardI have continuously reached out on 11/22, 11/25, 11/26, 11/and 11/They told me they couldn’t verify my gift card balance but at the same time they told me they already sold itNo one is responding and I am unable to speak to someone by phoneI want my gift card back or what I am rightfully owedYour transaction number is #*** They are now telling me their Amazon system is down since the 26thThis was their answer todayThis is not acceptable

I agreed to sell Cardpool a gift cardAs part of the agreement, I had to provide Cardpool with the card number and pin electronically, then mail them the physical cardA week after completing this, Cardpool returned the card with no explanation on why the agreement was cancelledUnfortunately, they have the card credentials and the card can be used (and sold) online without the physical card

I have USPS informed delivery and they showed me a copy of the envelope with the gift card in it sent from cardpool to the customer in NEVADAThe cardpool company sent the card to the Nevada customer with my information encrypted in the barcodei never saw the letter because my postman saw it was for NEVADA and redirected it back to the right place

Cardpool*** sold me an invalid/unusable gift cardThey will not respond to phone calls, voice messages, or emailsI have attempted contact for six days straight to no avail

I purchased some Home Depot E-giftcards from their website, and Cardpool sent me the giftcards by email and told me to use them online, but when I tried to use them online the Home depot website says that “Home Depot store credit can only be used in storesPlease use a different payment method.” I am not able to use the E-giftcard in the store as I only got the digital numbers not an actual card I sent several emails to their customer service about this but received no reply
