I tried cancelling a card minutes after I purchased it when I saw that it could take 24-hours to arrive and I intended to use it for a sale that ended that same dayI immediately contacted Cardpool but they didn't get back to me for over hoursThey said there was nothing they could do to help me since it had already been sent to the processing departmentI sent a few emails back and forth and it seemed like they were just unwilling to do anything, not unableI bought a gift card online that same day from GiftCard Zen and it was soooo much betterI'm never going through CardPool again

I purchased a dollar gift gard from Cardpool online and when I went to the restaurant to redeem it I only had dollars on the gift cardI didn’t get what I paid for

I've used cardpool in the past (a long time ago, probably over a year) and didn't have any problems then

Do you want to know what kind of company CardPool is? They delete all negative Facebook posts, hide negative *** reviews on Facebook and claim that all is great, they flat out lie about their turnaround times on their site, don't respond to support unless you berate them on Twitter (because they can just delete Facebook posts, they don't care about those)...it's simply not a well run operationI'm sure the people are great, but there is something rotten within the operations and branding org of this companyThe facts of my case are this: I sold $worth of gift cards to CardPool on 1/The email confirmation said I would have an Amazon gift card within business daydays passed and I reached out to the company on Facebook, simply asking what is going on, and they deleted my commentThis triggered meThe only way I was able to get a support rep to reach out to me was by spamming them on Twitter and making sure to include the CFPB in my postsFunny enough, I got an email shortly thereafter with an apology and a statement that I'll be reached out to "shortly"Needless to say, I'm not holding my breathBe VERY careful around this shady operation folks

I have asked cardpool to send my check to my home which is different than my billing address and they have not responded and it has been a week, but they still took my *** card amount and will charge my credit or debit card if I use my *** cardI have not been given compensation for my exchange and have not heard from them in a week
