"Sold" them a gift card about weeks ago...have yet to receive payment.Emailed, called, no responseI've never had a problem with them until nowDO NOT USE THEM!

I sold two gift cards on cardpool's websiteI mailed them using their prepaid label right away on 1/I have not received any notification that they have received the gift cardsI have emailed customer service twice and also tweeted them twice no responseI have tried to call my local post office but it is always busy (yesterday I called times!!!) I hope the Revdex.com investigates cardpool lots of complaints

I enterered into a transaction to sell a card to them They asked for the PIN I scratched it off They verified the amount I sent them the card in a nice gift card container which I received from the company After receiving the card, they indicated they no longer wanted it and was sending it back, with no explanation I received it without the nice gift card container I sent them, and now that the PIN is scratched off, will probably have trouble reselling it Very Poor customer service

I made a purchase on cardpool.com (order number ***) for an *** *** e-gift card, totaling $84.92, for the purchase price of $64.53, and they sent me an e-gift card with an invalid numberI contacted *** *** to see if the number truly didn’t work and they confirmed it was badSunday, Feb 18, I sent an email to cardpool.com letting them know they sent me a bad card number, and again yesterday, Tuesday, Feb 20, requesting a refund since they didn’t resolve the issue in time for the deal *** *** had going onNow that the price the clothes items were went up, I do not need the amount purchased

I sold gift cards to Cardpool with no issue even received confirmation they successfully verified my gift cards and will be sending me a *** gift card once they verified the balanceThey have sent me *** gift cards after verifying the balance on the gift cards which I have proof ofCardpool has now sent me emails saying this "We've recently discovered that the Bath & Body Works gift card code that you sold to us now has lost valueUnfortunately, we're no longer able to accept the gift card code in your transactionAccording to the terms of service published on Cardpool***, we cannot issue payment for gift cards that have been used or lose value after they have been sold and may cancel outstanding payment for the gift card or charge the credit card that you submitted in order to recover the amount that was paid for the gift card" This above makes no sense because it clearly says on their site once they verify the balance on the gift cards being sold to them and after

I purchased one New York & Company electronic gift card at cardpool.com on 01/08/But this card (listed below) is not workingWhen I tried to use this card at http://www.nyandcompany.com/, I got error message saying "ErrorSorry, pin number is blank." Order number is *** $New York & Company Electronic Gift Card I have sent several emails to ***@cardpool.com in the past weeks but don't get any responsePlease check this card and issue me the refund for this problem card

You'll NEVER hear from ANYONE! Do not use this company to sell your gift cards I submitted my card and was told within 3-days I'd get money I didn't I've emailed them at least times and NEVER got one response I messaged them on *** and got no response I used their MESSAGING option on their website to get to someone Surprise! It doesn't work! DON'T USE CARDPOOL! IT'S A SCAM!

I have never been more dissatisfied with a business than Cardpool IncThe whole nightmare started off with me purchasing a gift card from the site, waiting two days, only to find an email notifying me that the order could not be made because their "risk assessment team" could not process the order? I tried again multiple times and this happened each timeNot only that, I have a Cardpool gift card that I am trying to use, but each time the order does not process, my gift card immediately becomes invalidThree weeks ago, I had to spend over three weeks to get Cardpool to give me back my gift card because: The customer representative did not reply until I sent them a second email, The representative disregarded almost everything I said in my email, The representative failed to correct the issue until further emailsEach time this happened, I was only greeted with scripted emails, no apologies for my inconvenice or the hours I wasted battling with the companyLastly, the webs

I have used this site many times to order gift cardsI did not have a problem until I placed an order for one from them for retailer ***The electronic gift card I used could NOT be used as a regular gift card is, as the site will not allow it to be combined with a promo codeThis makes the savings insignificant and the card value is therefore diminishedCardpool is not selling me a gift card if the company considers it a promotional discount and will not allow it to be combined with any other offerI emailed *** on 12/8, 12/14, 12/I did receive responses from each of those from "*** *** *** ***"None of the responses acknowledged or recognized my issue, they just basically said no refunds can be given on electronic cards(I can send you all correspondence) I emailed *** on 12/and I emailed their parent company at *** on 12/(no response) I called *** ***, Senior VP U.SRetail and left a

On 12/12/i sold my best buy gift card valued at $to cardpool on there website by entering the requested gift card number and codeI received an offer on the website for $for the gift card and opted to be paid by check in the mailCardpool emailed me back that same day 12/12/with confirmation that they processed the gift card that was entered electronically with transaction #*** and that I should expect the check to arrive in 3-business daysI went ahead and checked the balance on the gift card after this transaction by calling best buy and found out that the card was unusable and there is still a balance of on the gift cardAs of 1/4/after over weeks I have not received this check that was in the original agreement and have emailed cardpool support on 12/29/about the status of my check payment and received a confirmation email from cardpool stating that they will get back to me in a few business days but no email response has been made concerning

I used this site to trade in a gift card I can't use for one I couldI've used other sites like this and have received codes electronically within minutes of my transactions, but have received nothing after having given the info for my original gift card and it being wiped outI emailed customer service as the company doesn't list a working phone numberWhen I was searching online for another phone number, the amount of bad reviews I've found alleging theft from the company alarmed me

I gave them my gift card numbers so I can get *** gift cards in return, I have heard from the company after calling and emailing over times nowExtremely frustrated with there serviceThe sight say ill recieve my product one buisness day after they receive my cardThey have already received my cards and my end of the dealWhere is my payment?

I sold a gift card to Cardpool 1-28-17, it is their Transaction #***The agreement they set up was that I would sell them a gift card to Nordstrom in the total of $in trade for an amazon gift card valued at $I had to provide the full gift card number and three digit code on the back so they could redeem itThey also wanted my credit card information as a means of security in the case of the card not having the balance I claimed it did, they would charge my credit card
They sent the amazon card by e-mail the next day and I could redeem it any timeI called the number on my Nordstrom card to verify if they took the funds and they had notI contacted them via e-mail on 1-29- to see about when they would be taking the funds as their website states they would either do so electronically or they would send a shipping label so I could send them the cardI was told on 1-30-via e-mail to safeguard the card as it was my responsibility to ensure it was not spen

you are crooksyou sell gift cards and they are the wrong amountdont buy gift cards from cardpoolthey are dishonest

Sold a $card on 12/19/2018; notice on their site, and automated confirmation email, said to expect 1-days dues to holidaysIt is now almost weeks! I never received any reply to my emails to support - which is the only way to contact them! Of course the messaging on their site is a joke as no real person ever manages itAfter weeks and who knows how many phone calls, they finally picked upThey asked some questions (no apology or anything for the delay); They said everything was fine and that the order is now being processed and to expect an email the next dayThat was a week ago! Called again, was "lucky" and managed to talk to someone; of course he could not help me and as he probably was just reading his scrip, he just said to email support; which never return any emailsI asked him to transfer me to someone that could help me, but nope, apparently employees don't know each other at all in that companyAnd of course there is no other phone number to callNot cool to play with other peoples money! At this point I am considering this a theft, and will act accordingly

I placed an order SIX TIMES for an item that was shown available - each time order was cancelled 2-days later with answer "inventory issue" when the item continued to be advertisedI want to know why a business continues to advertise availability of an item, takes a credit card, then says "sorry" days later and CONTINUES to advertise the productI asked via customer service for an answer as to why I continue to see the item advertised, purchase it, and then have the order cancelled - no answerSpecifically *** *** cardsThe merchant can use my email address to see all the cancelled orders

On January 2, 2017, I provided all information for a $*** *** gift card (transaction #***) in exchange for an anticipated *** gift card of $The site inexplicably required my credit card information as wellThe site stated I would receive the *** gift card within hour if done online, but the next email stated within business dayDespite several emails, I have not received anything from the website nor have they answered by emailsI believe this is a scam set-upNow they have both my gift card and my credit card informationI see from the overwhelming number of complaints with the Revdex.com, that they have done this beforeSo I am entirely perplexed as to their high rating

On 12/I sold a *** e-gift card to cardpool.*** *** system accepted my gift card information and proceeded exactly like the other transaction I had done with a *** gift cardThe sale method was listed as "direct" as it was with the *** gift cardThere was no indication that they could not accept a e-gift card from ***, and the system did in fact accept the gift card as enteredAfter I completed the entire transaction again with no indication that there was any problem I receive an automated email telling me I need to send the physical gift cardI immediately tried to cancel the transaction but there is no way to cancel it on the websiteI then sent an email to them explaining that it is an e-gift card and I do not have a physical gift card to send!!! DAYS !!! later I receive the following response ----- Hello, Thank you for contacting ***! We do apologize for the long wait to receive a responsePlease know that your email is very important to usWe a

Just sold an Apple (not iTunes) gift card for 90% of its value without any problemsI was reluctant to do business with Cardpool due to the negative online reviews, so I reached out to customer service via email first; when they responded to my request within two business days, I felt somewhat relievedEntire process from submitting gift card info online (12/1), to phone verification (12/5), to receipt of check (12/11) took just over ten days (may have been less, as I was out of town and unable to check mail until 12/11; the check was postmarked 12/6)This was a very easy process and surprisingly pleasant experience, so wanted to take the time and leave a positive review in case anyone else is on the fence, as I wasI would do business with Cardpool again without hesitation

Under transaction# ***, I sent two gift cards to the company (*** *** $and *** *** $50)On July 13, I was mailed a check in the amount of $and deposited it into my bankA couple days later, the check amount was taken out of my bank as a Return Item ChargebackI called my bank and they told me it was because the check had bounced and now I am being charged a $fee for a Returned Item Chargeback FeeI sent an email via their website on July and received a response on July asking for the check number so the matter could be looked intoI immediately replied with check# ***I have heard nothing since, and located the Revdex.com website where I received the company's phone numberAll it does is go straight to a voicemail machineI have left about five voicemails and have heard nothing in returnThis has gone on long enough and is completely inappropriate and rude to not respond to my issueIt has now been two months since I sent my c
