I worked with Maurice N, Franco F, and Karen B on my home and they were very responsive by email (not so much by phone, but then again neither am I) Low VA Rates helped where other VA Loan originators said, "Not until you do this,this and this"
Overall, the loan application process was guided in decent detail by Marco and Franco in terms of what was needed and what was expected, even after a small glitch with the underwriter's server system, they helped all parties understand what was going on and we still successfully closed in time for the best Yule gift I could give myself A house that was MINE and not some landlord's
Only one suggestion, either have some resources for first time homebuyers to look at, or take a little more time with them to help understand the processes involved

Willie H We received information from Low VA Rates on how they could save us money on our mortgage for Vets Deven, Logan & Jeslie was superb They were very professional and truly knowledgeable of this process Deven explained everything in great details and any questions we had he could answer all to our satisfaction They stay in close contact on every step in the process, provided us constant updates, and provided us information as it came available Even though our overall experience was good it took longer than we would have liked We believe the main reason for this longer process was because I was retiring from the military and could not provide all require documents of future income at that time However, when I submitted the required documents when it came available, Low VA Rates was able to finish this process within weeks They did a great job and we have shared our good experience with others Deven and his team of professionals did an "Outstanding" job! Company was easy to work with, but I th No they have to much on their plateWe would talk with the same lady and from week to week she wouldn't remember what she would tell usIt was always something differentEven when we closed on our home loan we were suppose to be savings two months mortgage payment and escrow all due to us at closingAt closing, that wasn't soWe received one month mortgage payment off and escrow doesn't come from their company but your previous company and takes up to daysJust didn't enjoy being told one thing one week and the next week something completely differentOther than that, the company was nice to work with

After shopping around to see what refinance company was best suited for me, the courteous, professional, and knowledgeable staff at low a rates not only garnered my trust, but also my business I was kept abreast of any additional information that may have been required or documents that needed to be signed As a consumer, I appreciate the clarity In which the process was explained to me, and the patience displayed on behalf of Curtis, Erica, and the in-person representative that came to my home for the wet signature!

Seemed like a minimum of effort on our part Just did nearly all the work online
