After serving the NAVY for years, I bought a homeLow VA rates wanted me to refinance with them at a much lower ratealmost 2% lower and years less to payI didI was promised a fast refinance, $Cash back and no out of pocket moneyAlmost trueTook them months to "file paper work"I owed $65, on my home before they refinanced itNow I owe $75, That is $10, more then I owed before! After waiting the required days to get the money they promised, I started calling to see where the money wasThey said the new finance company had itSo I called them, they said to call the loan officer about it that he had the money, so I again called themthis has went on now for daysNow when I call Low VA rates they put me on hold or just hang upThey are very rude, nonprofessional, and dishonestI would not recommend them to anyoneNot only am I out the $but now $10, further in debit
