Did a with these folks back just before the end of the year and overall the communications were good, they were reachable and processed things on time however they were misleading with the detailsThey claimed that the mortgage servicing company would be one located in our state of Texas; mortgage that was a lie turns out it was Dovenmuehle a company out of Illinois well known for their lack of quality customer service, which has cost us an increase of $each month in our mortgage and a hefty $5K+ profit for LowVA Rates

My agent was professional and helped me with my refi go absolutely smoothlyBefore calling Low Va Rates I did my homework and watched there YouTube videos about the refi processIt made perfect sense to me and then I called to start the processAs for other mortgage lenders trying for my business with all the flyers in my mailbox, I just didn’t get a comfortable feeling with there offers like I did with Va Low RatesI’m thankful for the refi and it really helped me save moneyThanks again

I called back and my number was blocked
I am not an elderly individual where my rights were absconded by bullying over the phone
