I am very happy to provide a great review for Low VA Rates I recently used them (June/July 2016) for a streamline refinance of my VA loan (IRRRL) and working with Daemon Wathen at Low VA Rates was a most pleasant experience! He and the whole team were great! I was always able to reach Daemon both via email and phone; he always responded VERY quickly which really impressed me He explained everything very well and was very patient in answering all of my questions; and I had quite a few I knew what was happening and what to expect throughout the whole process I give Daemon and Low VA Rates the highest recommendation!
I would also like to add that I do not give reviews (hardly ever) or praise easily; it takes a high level of customer service to impress me and Daemon & Low VA Rates certainly did! I was very nervous to choose a company to help me refinance knowing nothing about them and this was my first refinance I received flyers/postcards from Low VA Rates pretty regularly and finally decided to do some research on them and other companies I must say I was very impressed with the reviews on Low VA Rates and their You Tube videos on all aspects of VA loans and especially the IRRRL; they were great and very helpful I decided to call Low VA Rates and reached Daemon From the beginning, he was great and I am very glad I decided to call
