Low VA rates has been a great business to work withAlthough we had an issue with the title(long story, divorce) Phillip Martin kept me informed and completely in the loop the whole wayI have recommended and have a friend already in the refi process with Low VA ratesI have another friend looking into it

Searching for refinancing loans is an experience I really did not want to experience, but needed to do so I did some research and spoke to quite a number of mortgage company's I was looking for a fixed loan, but after speaking with Brian H*** from Low VA Rates I realized that a hybrid VA loan was exactly what I needed for right now and was able to get it for 2.5% which of course delighted me I would not hesitate to use them in the future

I had a positive refinance experience with LVARWorked with same rep who is responsive and knowledgeable I remain concerned about a marketing offer of a $discount/credit as a return client that has not been fulfilled

This was the longest refinance I have experienced Before refinancing with Low VA Rates I read reviews about the long process but thought I would give it a try
The overall process was good and done electronically but by the time I had given all my information I waited to weeks when all other VA refinances have been to weeks
The agent was encouraging me to just skip my payment that was due at the beginning of August but luckily I paid it because it took three more weeks to finally close and was funded by the August 31st just before the September payment was due I started the process on June 21st If I had listened to the agent I would have had a late payment and possibly blown the entire deal
I also had to sign my closing documents twice The first time the notary came over there was a question about what documents my wife was supposed to sign When we called the agent, Porter, he said to sign everything so she did We got a call back the next day saying that she shouldn't have signed those documents and then Porter blamed the notary
It was done and I received a great rate but I would not recommend Low VA Rates to anyone else

I refinanced my mortgage with this coGoing through the process I was asked to sign several closing disclosuresMy wife and I signed them each After the closing was complete I was contacted again to sign yet another one that was different than the last oneThis one was not withholding any taxes in my escrow account which is illegal Also the monthly interest and principal payment went up over $They told me that I had to sign it to get funded and everything would be fineI think some looking at this company is in order before they cost any more veterans there hard earned moneyThis seems to be another here today gone tomorrow type of operation
