It was quite simple I'm glad I went with Low VA Rates I was qualified within a couple of days and closed in 1/weeks And was able to skip months of payments That was icing on the cake Thanks Low VA Rates

I had a great time working with us Colby J*** is great He took the time and explain things to a point were my husband and I could understand Every time I called with questions he was right there He would contact us, just to let us know they were still working on our loan All questions were answer and the communication was wonderful

I have done two VA refinances through this company and I couldn't be happierNick, my POC, was always professional and forthcomingThroughout the process all of my questions were answered in a timely manor and I was never unclear on the status of my loanI wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future

I went with Low VA Rates to get a lower interest rate on my current loanEverything went smooth at first until the endMy Loan Originator Eric Lsaid I would skip payments(that was not the case) The docs went to somebody else and I could not signI was able to get ahold of the manager around 11:30pm and he tried to do the best he couldI signed the docs the next day and Eric stated that hed pay for my late fee on my current loan(Never Happen) I paid my current lender so I would not have a day late on my current mortgage It was a hassle just trying to chase papersAfter my loan funded, The title company called me and said that I need to resign the promissory note because the processor lost it I did what a good Samaritan would do and signed and faxed it overI could of did this loan myself

Everyone was great, extremely informative! Returned my calls quicklyStayed on top information and made sure I was Aware of every move happening!!

I am actually impressed by the quick response and turn aroundI feel they made the adjustment and replayed me for financial costs that were no fault of my ownI'm appreciative of this effort by the company

Low VA Rates representative _ Robert P*** (NMLS # ***) was the broker for a loan that I refinanced The loan closed on April and MrP*** (broker) indicated the loan was funded on April 2016, however it is now April and my previous mortgage company (***) indicates that they will be posting a bad credit rating to my national credit report because I have not paid my house payment to them for the month of April This loan was not paid under the advisement of MrP*** who indicated that the loan would be paid off the same day that it was funded (April 2016) I believe that MrP*** is not a truthful person as he will not return my telephone calls and if he does simply refers me to the Title company that is located in Erie, PA and also does not return my telephone calls I am an American Veteran and this loan is backed by the Veteran's Administration I will be filing a complaint with them next

I was very happy with the service provided by Low VA ratesThey were very knowledgeable and very flexibleWith my current job it is very hard to be able to communicate but this was not an issueEverything was done in a timely fashion and at my pace

The loan officer was always available, took my calls, answered my questions and kept me well informed on the status of my refinance Excellent job on his part Loan documents were easy to do the e-sign and at final closing
I would refinance with them again no problem

On or about 21AugI started a VA Loan Rate Reduction with Mark F* and his assistant Jessica Z*** When I started the process I was told I could skip my September and October mortgage payments I informed Mark and Jessica that I had made my September payment already, and they assured me I would be refunded that money after closing As of 3JunI have yet to receive that money back
