My Low VA Rates experience was a fail since the figures and savings that were promised to me where never deliveredI was told prior to going through the process that my monthly payments were going to go from $to $a month after the refidays prior to closing, I reviewed the closing disclosure form and it reflected a new monthly payment of $when I spoke to low VA rates, they claimed that my previous deck was miscalculated and that my payments would increased whether I did the refi or notBecause it was so far in the process and I needed the missed monthly payments, I had no choice but to go through with itAlso I had requested the closing cost information in the very beginning of the process and it wasn't until I reviewed the closing disclosure where I discovered that the cost added up to $My previous refi which was less that months prior was $I wouldn't use these guys again they are too expensive and figures expected weren't delivered
