This business refinanced my homeWe closed late June/early July On or around July 6, 2016, I received a letter from the County of Dauphin Treasurers Office stating that, "We have recently received a payment towards your county and municipal real estate taxes from a third-party We have returned the payment to the payer because we were unable to process it We are notifying you of this action because you may be entitled to a refund or an adjustment on your escrow account or funds disbursed to you at the settlement." I 've e-mailed Low VA Rates RepMrChris M*** several times to resolve this I copied said letter and the coupon with the amount sent to me from the Treasurers office, to no avail I have reason to believe that a second payment was sent to one of two Discover accounts that I was required of me to pay off and close I believe money is owed me in the amount sent to the Treasurer's office, as the taxes had been paid prior

I was sent an unsolicited flyer in the mail from Low VA Rates after buying a home with a VA loan in February I called the number to see what they were offeringI spoke with Brian H*** who informed me I was elligable for a one percent reduction in interest, from 4% to 3% APRHe said I could get 2.25% on a Hybrid ARMI stated I was not interested in an ARM, and he assured me we would be fine with a 3% year fixed rate
After sending in all the paperwork, I was told I would only qualify for a Hybrid ARM refinanceI told them I was not interested, but then Brian had another loan officer call to convince me I needed to do thisI agreed to speak with Brian again to get all the details
