Mr. [redacted], We would like to apologize that you had a poor experience with Low VA Rates. Top management puts many resources and efforts into making the veterans experience at Low VA Rates the best in the industry. When we receive these Revdex.com complaints we take them seriously. I...
have spoken with your loan officer Charles M[redacted] and have chatted about your loan process. here is the following statement from Charles M[redacted]: We got the full application back sent to disclosures on 8/30/2016 and sent out disclosures on 8/31/2016. We registered the loan with 360 mortgage group on 8/29/2016. Disclosures when out with the incorrect date of 8/30/2016 which we didn’t catch until 10/25/2016 when 360 told us that our initial disclosures were sent out with 8/30 date and should have been dated 8/29. They told us we would need to restart and we restarted 10/26/2016. We had been waiting for the 4506T to be returned because [redacted] didn’t have a copy of his 2014 taxes and I told him we could get them from the IRS when we ordered the 4506T’s. He didn’t have time to run to the IRS building to get a copy. 360 Mortgage group’s third party company that they order 4506T’s from kept rejecting our 4506T because of e signed and when we got them a wet signed 4506T on 11/21/2016 and 360 Mortgage reordered it. On 11/29 360 Mortgage group wanted us to reorder credit but got an exception to use our credit up to 120 days. On 12/7/2016 the underwriter told me that [redacted]’s 2014 & 2015 Taxes were still not showing filed. I knew 2015 were not going to show filed because he didn’t file till Oct. 15, 2016. But that was news to me and to [redacted] that his 2014 taxes were not filed. I had him go to the IRS building in Salt Lake City to check on his 2014 taxes. He was then notified that his 2014 taxes were not filed and so he filed them on 12/12 at the IRS building. I then told him it would take 8-10 weeks to get his transcripts back from the IRS and to ask them to be expedited. His mother that is an underwriter with Axiom Mortgage kept telling him that they should take stamped IRS tax forms and asked 360 Mortgage group if they would but said it was company policy to only accept IRS transcripts from the IRS. Once I told [redacted] that they would not except the stamped IRS forms he became very upset in his emails. On Friday 12/16 [redacted] emailed me and very upset and wanted to take his business to another company. I emailed him back the same day after talking with VP of Sales, Tim L[redacted]. to let [redacted] that we could take his loan in house and give him a rate that he would not get anywhere else. We would just need to wait for his transcripts to come back from the IRS. I have tried calling [redacted] and have emailed him and have not heard anything since his last email stating he didn’t want us pulling his credit again. We have discussed this situation with Charles and feel that he understands we take these complaints very serious. Again, we want to apologize that your experience was not positive with Low VA Rates. We will take this experience as a learning tool and try to improve as an organization moving forward. Thanks,Craig W[redacted]HR Director, Low VA Rates

I have been in contact with VA loans however the issue has not been resolved completely. I have been told over the phone that it has been resolved but still haven't seen anything in writing and my first payment is due on November 01 2016 I do not even know where to send it or how much it will be. This is about to cause me to be late with my first payment and possible it will hurt my credit.

[redacted],We apologize for any inconvenience and added stress this situation has given you. I want you to know right up front that this message will be shown to Andrew J[redacted] and we will work with him to make sure his sales pitch is clear, concise, effective and portrays accurate information....
We work VERY hard to ensure we are delivering accurate information and this kind of feedback is actually truly appreciated to help our sales staff become more effective.I do want you to know that our organization is extremely grateful for our military/veterans families and to hear that one of our own has had a bad experience with our company REALLY hurts. This is NEVER our intent and we work hard to ensure that each veteran has a positive experience with Low VA Rates.Again, I want to ensure you that Andrew J[redacted] will receive this message and we will sit down with him to figure out what went wrong with this loan and make the necessary changes. Thank you for the feedback (even though sometimes its hard to hear), but this will make us a better organization moving forward. Please let me know if you have any other questions.Sincerely,Craig W[redacted]Low VA Ratees
