Low VA RATES sent a advertisement offering a check of $if I was in the process of funding or refi with another company and switched to themI was in this scenario and Michael P***, the Low VA Rates representative stated if I switched to them and my loan was funded I would receive this checkafter the loan was funded on November 8, 2016, I sent MrP*** an email asking when I should receive the check and he stated within days of the loan funding dateIt is December and I have not receive the checkI have sent MrP*** two followup emails and several telephone calls about this matter and he will not respond
