Due to a mistake in the closing paperwork caused by Low VA Rates - our loan didn't fund and it resulted in a day late on our credit because the monthly payment that was supposed to have been included in the payoff that didn't happen (and we were advised it WAS included) - didn't make it on time - but we weren't advised until it was to late
I filed a formal complaint on the main Revdex.com website I have letters and emails that prove and justify our complaint
I see one other complaint on this website is also involving funding, closing, and late payment issues I filed a complaint with the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending and have gotten a very promising response You might consider looking into that same type of agency in your state
This company only "apologizes" for the damage to our credit and the more we complain, the more they point the finger at us for the problem, instead of them Our credit tanked almost points We are devastated

Low VA Rates, LLC mailed a flyer on the IRRL program suggesting I recently made an inquiry to refinance my mortgageI did so with my current lender back in and have not done an online inquiry sinceI am satisfied with my current arrangementLow VA Loans, LLC cites my inquiry as the reason they sent this mailerIt is unwanted and unsolicitedI called and asked to be removed from their mailing list using the reference number on their mailerThey stated they were unable to locate my record and they wanted the mailing address againTheir record keeping lacks organization and they need to implement new business practices to allow consumers such as myself to opt out of their advertising
