I was certainly interesting to do a refi by phone/text/faxAlthough l was concerned about doing a refi in this manner, it was actually a fairly smooth trans actionCharles Power kept in excellent contact as did his associates, in keeping me informed, asking for info, where we were in the process, etcI am pleased with this process, and would recommend Low VA Rates loans to anyone that was considering doing thisBeing a little computer savvy helps, but even then I was given excellent instructions thruout the process Thanks for helping me out!!! I have been receiving flyers from this company since October The flyer is coming from this address: Low VA Rates, LLC NESte Lehi, UT The website listed ( www.veteranschoicemortgage.com ) it's fake The phone number ( 855-976-) it goes directly to Low VA Rates

Low VA rates is so easy to deal with I love working with the people that work there especially Curtis P [redacted] , the nicest person you ever talk to he looks out for you in every way , thank you so very much for what you have done for me

To whom this may concern: I found the "Low VA Rates" loan staff to be courteous and professional to a large degree They stayed in touch with us throughout the entire processAlso, when we needed to speak with them, long distance, they were there for usI found them to be articulate in handling their business transactions to an appreciable measureThere were some times when some of the terms may have changed, but we were reassured that everything would be alright

This is the second time I have refinanced through LowVARates, and both times I was pleased with their service This time, MrMark L [redacted] was the mortgage officer assigned to me He was very attentative and patient with me on getting in to him whatever paperwork he needed, professional, respectful and timely on whatever he promised Sharlee, Shane and Kristen assisted Mark with the same professionalism as he I am pleased with their work, and it was nice to skip a payment this time of year!

VA Low Rates did an awesome job with my VA loan They got me qualified when no one else seemed able to do so Closed a week ago and all went through without a hitch They are certainly experts in VA loans and great on follow-up My loan officer, Brandon S [redacted] , was fantastic as was his team (Candice) Very impressed that Brandon talked to me throughout the process about optimizing on my loan and planning refinance options down the road to include how to prepare to do so I feel fine providing the highest possible recommendation for VA Low Rates and Brandon/Team

Low VA Rates representative _ Robert P [redacted] (NMLS # [redacted] ) was the broker for a loan that I refinanced The loan closed on April and MrP [redacted] (broker) indicated the loan was funded on April 2016, however it is now April and my previous mortgage company ( [redacted] ) indicates that they will be posting a bad credit rating to my national credit report because I have not paid my house payment to them for the month of April This loan was not paid under the advisement of MrP [redacted] who indicated that the loan would be paid off the same day that it was funded (April 2016) I believe that MrP [redacted] is not a truthful person as he will not return my telephone calls and if he does simply refers me to the Title company that is located in Erie, PA and also does not return my telephone calls I am an American Veteran and this loan is backed by the Veteran's Administration I will be filing a complaint with them next

Both Brian H***, Loan Officer, and Naomi S [redacted] , Loan Officer Assistant were extremely professional in providing first class services Brian discussed and presented the advantages which LOW VA Rates would be able to provide the best rates, services in additional to two months of mortgage free payments Naomi was superb in her abilities to effectively communicate, coordinate and synchronize every needed requirements on my part to facilitate the refinancing process She reachable, reliable and responded to all my needs and questions quickly

I went with Low VA Rates to get a lower interest rate on my current loanEverything went smooth at first until the endMy Loan Originator Eric Lsaid I would skip payments(that was not the case) The docs went to somebody else and I could not signI was able to get ahold of the manager around 11:30pm and he tried to do the best he couldI signed the docs the next day and Eric stated that hed pay for my late fee on my current loan(Never Happen) I paid my current lender so I would not have a day late on my current mortgage It was a hassle just trying to chase papersAfter my loan funded, The title company called me and said that I need to resign the promissory note because the processor lost it I did what a good Samaritan would do and signed and faxed it overI could of did this loan myself

After serving the NAVY for 33 years, I bought a home. Low VA rates wanted me to refinance with them at a much lower rate. almost 2% lower and 15 years less to pay. I did. I was promised a fast refinance, $1000 Cash back and no out of pocket money. Almost true. Took them 4 months to "file paper work". I owed $65, 432 on my home before they refinanced it. Now I owe $75, 996. That is $10, 564 more then I owed before! After waiting the required 45 days to get the money they promised, I started calling to see where the money was. They said the new finance company had it. So I called them, they said to call the loan officer about it that he had the money, so I again called them... this has went on now for 30 days. Now when I call Low VA rates they put me on hold or just hang up. They are very rude, nonprofessional, and dishonest. I would not recommend them to anyone. Not only am I out the $1000 but now $10, 564 further in debit.

They were extremely quick and professional with my loan, had it process in less than weeks during the Christmas holiday

Due to a mistake in the closing paperwork caused by Low VA Rates - our loan didn't fund and it resulted in a 30 day late on our credit because the monthly payment that was supposed to have been included in the payoff that didn't happen (and we were advised it WAS included) - didn't make it on time - but we weren't advised until it was to late. I filed a formal complaint on the main BBB website. I have letters and emails that prove and justify our complaint. I see one other complaint on this website is also involving funding, closing, and late payment issues. I filed a complaint with the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending and have gotten a very promising response. You might consider looking into that same type of agency in your state. This company only "apologizes" for the damage to our credit and the more we complain, the more they point the finger at us for the problem, instead of them. Our credit tanked almost 100 points. We are devastated.
