Representatives from *** came to our house to talk to us about adding solar. We told them that we were not ready to move forward. They said they just wanted to do a soft pull on our credit to see if we were candidates. Instead they initiated a loan agreement through Loanpal. They promised it was a mistake and that they would have it fixed in 72 hours. ***, stopped taking our calls or responding to emails. After 2 months of emailing with Loanpal the only response we keep getting is that they have escalated our complaint. We were lied to by *** about the inquiry and their promise to resolve this. We need LoanPal to remove this loan initiation that we did not approve. We were hoping to refinance our home this month and now we cannot do it because of this.

Today I got a new bill of 54.97 for which there is no explanation. Their customer services offices are closed over the weekend , so you cannot speak about this to anyone.
My advice is not to borrow from LoanPal. They do not serve the best interest of the customer & only out there to make fast money by cheating & deceptive practices.

Today I got a new bill of 54.97 for which there is no explanation. Their customer services offices are closed over the weekend , so you cannot speak about this to anyone.
My advice is not to borrow from LoanPal. They do not serve the best interest of the customer & only out there to make fast money by cheating & deceptive practices.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company works with *** to finance their solar loans. *** is fine, but stay away from LoanPal. They lie, mislead and deceive. You get a Notice that a new statement is available and it is for a bill that is already due. I have repeatedly tried to make principal only payments. The tell me to call the day that my auto payment is due and schedule an additional payment to have it all go towards principal. I call on that day and they say they can't do it. I ask for a supervisor, they say sure but it won't make any difference. Then they come back and say there is no supervisor available. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.
