If I could give zero stars I would. This company works with *** to finance their solar loans. *** is fine, but stay away from LoanPal. They lie, mislead and deceive. You get a Notice that a new statement is available and it is for a bill that is already due. I have repeatedly tried to make principal only payments. The tell me to call the day that my auto payment is due and schedule an additional payment to have it all go towards principal. I call on that day and they say they can't do it. I ask for a supervisor, they say sure but it won't make any difference. Then they come back and say there is no supervisor available. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

Home refi was smooth and Nathan got us the best loan at the time being, he was honest and let us know if in the future we can improve our loan and the numbers make sense he would reach out and let us make the decision. The process was smooth and fast he was always available and a pleasure to work with.

I am rejecting this response because: even thought the loan was signed I'm not happy with the overall experience, but since it's done I guess I'll have to agree with the offer I was given, the company still did not honor it's meet or beat clause it presented to me They'd have to beat a free appraisal as given to them, but whatever
