LoanPal is as crooked as they get! We have made 10 Solar payments of $175 and $0 has gone to our principle! How is this legal?? How can they take all of the payment as "interest" and the stupid panels don't even produce as they are supposed to? Not to mention payments started right away! There was no 60 no payment period here. Payments started coming out of our account right away. We were NEVER told of this 100% crap or we wouldn't have signed our name to the paperwork! I want answers from LoanPal and PowerHome Solar for their shady work!
We are sorry that Ms. has had a bad experience thus far. I have reviewed her loan information and payments and all is in order per the loan agreement Ms. signed with us. She was given a 60-day grace period from her loan funding for her first payment to be made. Her loan funded on 2/25/2019 and her first payment was made on 4/25/2019. However, because interest accrues from the funding date, payments during the first year or so all payments go to interest. Once the first 60 days’ worth of interest is paid, Ms. payments will start going to both principal and interest. All of this information is contained in her loan documents and closing certificate for her review.
Also, Loanpal does not have any control over production of the solar system. This is something Ms. will have to take up with ***
