I unfortunately had a bad experience with Loanpal. I was refinancing my house, like I have done many times in the past. Provided all the necessary paperwork, and kept in direct correspondence with my loan processor.
After several weeks have past, and I was nearing time to close. All correspondence with my loan processor ceased. After the third week, and numerous unanswered messages. A new loan processor calls and says they will now be handling my loan, and asks for some of the same identical documentation I had already provided to the previous loan processor. The new loan processor indicated that the previous loan processor was no longer with the company, and my file sat on a desk for three weeks.
Loanpal dropped the ball on this one. How come nobody ever called? why would the manager not re-assign the loans in process? Why are they asking for some of the same documentation I had already provided? All my questions are still left unanswered. I have asked to speak with a manager and they have not responded.
