Loanpal

I unfortunately had a bad experience with Loanpal. I was refinancing my house, like I have done many times in the past. Provided all the necessary paperwork, and kept in direct correspondence with my loan processor.
After several weeks have past, and I was nearing time to close. All correspondence with my loan processor ceased. After the third week, and numerous unanswered messages. A new loan processor calls and says they will now be handling my loan, and asks for some of the same identical documentation I had already provided to the previous loan processor. The new loan processor indicated that the previous loan processor was no longer with the company, and my file sat on a desk for three weeks.
Loanpal dropped the ball on this one. How come nobody ever called? why would the manager not re-assign the loans in process? Why are they asking for some of the same documentation I had already provided? All my questions are still left unanswered. I have asked to speak with a manager and they have not responded.

loan developed for our situation, the people were knowledgeable, friendly, worked to be helpful.

Great company and the service was fast and efficient. Nathan and his team kept me apprised of the process every step of the way. Would definitely recommend Nathan and his team!

Got a lower rate than I had on another loan and was able to consolidate some debt relieving financial stress. We have a lot of equity in our home and when we purchased solar panels were going to do a separate loan but they showed us how good the rates were to do the consolidation. They were both very responsive to e-mails or phone calls and were very professional to work with.

Working with Nathan and Jessica made the process easy. Closing was earlier than expected and I will contact them in the future if the need arises.
