Esta compania no posee ningun tipo de etica para tratar a sus clientes. Mi esposo y yo aplicamos para instalar un sistema solar en nuestra casa, les proporcionamos nuestra informacion personal como nombres, direccion, social security, e mails etc. Nos corrieron el credito tanto a mi como a mi esposo y ambos fuimos aprobados. Nos instalaron el sistema y posteriormente a la instalacion, nos envian a mi email los terminos del loan para revisarlos y nos dar un numero telefonico para llamarlos. Les doy una llamada , y la persona que me contesta, despues que me identifico y le solicito hablar con alguien en espanol ( me siento mas comoda al hacer negocios en mi idioma) me dice que solo devolvera la llamada al numero de mi esposo porque el mio no esta en sus archivos. Le vuelvo a repetir quien soy y que estoy tambien en el prestamo y se niega a discutir conmigo los terminos del prestamo por la misma razon absurda. QUE CLASE DE COMPANIA ES ESTA? ME SIENTO ULTRAJADA Y OFENDIDA! TIENEN LA INFORMACION PERSONAL DE NOSOTROS Y YO NO TENGO EL DERECHO DE REVISAR LOS TERMINO DE MI PRESTAMO CON ELLOS? This company does not have any type of ethics to treat their clients. My husband and I applied to install a solar system on our house, we provided our personal information like names, address, social security, emails ect. They ran our credit for my husband and I and we were both approved. They installed the system and prior to the installation, they emailed me the terms of the loan to revise them and they gave a number to call them. I gave them a call, and the person that answered, after I identified myself and I requested to speak to someone in Spanish ( I feel more comfortable doing business in my language) they said they would return my call to my husband’s number because mine if not on the file. I began to repeat who I was and that I am also on the loan and they denied discussing the terms with me for the same absurd reason. WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS? I FEEL JERKED AROUND AND OFFENDED! THEY HAVE OUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND I DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO REVISE THE TERMS OF MY LOAN WITH THEM? I AM OUTRAGED AND TERRIFIED TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE WITH LACK OF ETHICS….HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE???
