In the event an order cannot be completely delivered by [redacted], they work with the post office to hold it for the customer for a few days and attempt delivery a few more times. Your tracking information shows the order has been held at the post office since March 1st, the hold is usually for a few days and then returned to us if they have not received a response from the customer. There has been no recent update on the tracking information since March 1st however we can assume they will be processing a return if they have not already attempted delivery to you once again. Although a refund is appreciated, Vistaprint should honor the original order. We will now have to struggle to find replacement shirts, which Vistaprint had guaranteed us, not to mention the incredible and unnecessary amount of time and effort wasted dealing with Vistaprint's customer service. If Vistaprint sent the shirts and the refund after the fact, that would be acceptable, but making us jump through numerous hoops and then canceling our order less than 48 hours prior to our event and over 2 weeks after our original order was placed is bad business to say the least. I am deeply troubled by this and cannot imagine doing business with Vistaprint again.

Dear [redacted],Upon research we found that you created multiple accounts
with different email addresses that Vistaprint has cancelled including the
current account which is also now cancelled. The current website has not been
paid for since 12/31/2014 as you consistently receive free months which...

be applied by our customer service agents when you call. You mentioned that there
was an issue with your payment system however we have no complaints from any of
our other website customers as once an issue in this nature is reported we
ensure we fix the issue if it is on our end. You have the option of using either
a credit card or a [redacted] account for the payment medium on your website.
Unfortunately due the number of free months applied the website has been
cancelled and cannot be reactivated at this time.
VistaPrint closed my previous Revdex.com complaint #[redacted] with out settling the claim that they committed to. This is for Vistaprint Investigation #[redacted]. I have received numerous emails assuring me that I would receive Payment. I have not. And therefor the complaint cannot be considered closed. Since Vistiprint continues to assure me that I will be paid, but refuses to take action this appears to me to be negligent and willful. March 25, 2016 I was told by [redacted] that I could expect a call on March 26, 2016 at 8am eastern to get a disposition on this claim. I have not received this call March 15, 2016 [redacted] sent me an email telling me to expect a tracking number and an expedited payment within the next week. This has not happened. March 12, 2016 [redacted] and [redacted] told me to expect an expedited payment by March 19 - this did not occur. At this time I requested that I receive the payment by overnight mail as I am not satisfied to be cheated out of my money any longer. March 11, 2016 - I received a check for a partial settlement. I sent an email requesting the full payment and a return phone call to explain the problem. I recevied no call or payment Feb 27, 2016 - I resent Vistaprint an email with my address so that I could be sent a check, even though they have had this information since Jan 2016 when I initially called to request an investigation Feb 23, 2016 - I called VistaPrint to get an update. I was told that the billing error was found in the investigation and I would receive a refund Feb 13. 2016 - I called Vistprint to follow up on the Investigation since I had not received the response I was told to expect. the agent had no knowledge of the claim and I had to repeat all details to begin the Investigation Jan 23, 2016 - I called VistPrint customer service to explain all the details. I was told to expect a call back in 24 - 48 hours. This did not occur. Immediate refund check - overnight mail

A review of your account shows that a credit of $74.20 was issued to your Vistaprint account by our customer service department as credit for an order that was placed on September 1, 2015. into your account shows that on October 10, 2015, $38.03 of that was credit was used by you on the order [redacted] for 25 Small Business Magnets, 1 sheet of 10 Business Card Stickers and 100 Signature Business Card with Standard 5 Business Day shipping, the total including tax came to $38.03 which was deducted from the credit. October 12, 2015, the remaining amount from that credit was issued to the Website you had ordered on the account, the Website [redacted], which at the time was suspended for non-payment, the amount of $35.00 was applied automatically by the system for the bill cycle September 7th to October 7th. However since the payment for the October 7th to November 7th bill cycle was still outstanding, the Website remained suspended. The Website has since been cancelled by the system for non-payment. A credit of $37.85 has been issued to the account for the credit that was taken by the Website; this credit is valid until December 20, 2016. I apologize as we are unable to provide you with a full credit as once it has been used on your account for an order that has been printed and shipped, the credit is no longer available. There seems to be a confusion or misunderstanding and we would like to apologize for this. Based on our phone conversion and email sent on March 14, 2018, we have explained that the referral discount does not work and we have provided an alternate discount that you may use towards your order. We have acknowledged that the promotion provided will take only 20% off your Cart but we are willing to provide an additional refund of 10% of the Product Total and refund the shipping cost once your Cart value is over $25. Once the order is placed, we will be able to issue this refund. Initially we had offered you $15 VistaCash, in addition to the refund, which you had refused as you have mentioned that you invested a great deal of your time trying to have this issue resolved.
