our quality check is thorough there are a few that may slip through the cracks

Dear [redacted],I am reaching out to you regarding the Invitations previously ordered from Vistaprint which should have been delivered on March 14th that did not arrive hence a reorder was done. I tried calling you a few times and also left a Voice message as I wanted to speak with you about the...

experience.I can image how frustrating it must have been since you had to get both [redacted] and Vistaprint on the phone to find out where your package was. Though our records show the package was shipped is was shipped via [redacted]. [redacted] is a service of [redacted] that utilizes the [redacted] for final delivery of customer packages. Packages are accepted by [redacted], processed by them and then handed over to the [redacted] for final delivery. It seems it was not picked up though our records show it was, I am happy that a reorder was done however we did not have the option for overnight delivery hence a 2 business day reorder was done though our fastest turnaround is 3 business days.Since I was unable to speak with you in person I refunded the remaining balance charged for the Invitations as you were only refunded the shipping cost along with a free reorder. I have refunded 18.51 to your credit card that was charged which will reflect on your card in 3 to 5 Business days. However it may take a few billing cycles to be reflected on the actual printed credit card statement.I hope by the time you received the invitations they were of good quality and you were able to send them out on time for the event on April 02, 2016. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience as this is not a typical Vistaprint experience. Hi [redacted],Thank you for your response. I am seeing where you have
rebutted yesterday’s submission as well as I am seeing where there is a new
complaint being opened noting that you weren’t given a full refund on your
order.As it relates the yesterday’s response, and the new
complaint that was submitted today. I am attaching a screen print of your order
history along with the refunded amounts. It may seem as though you only got a
refund of $126.89. The reason for this is because the items in the order were
refunded separately. So looking at the attached screen print if all the amounts
or refund transactions that are shown on the  4th of November are added together
including the $126.89 you will get an overall total of $238.48. I am seeing where contact was made by email. The outcome of
that is a free replacement order on the items in question that were mentioned
in previous complaint.  Please note that
this reorder will not be delivered by November 6th as requested in
previous complaint. The reason for this, is we do not provide overnight
shipping and the fastest shipping option on these items are within 10-15
business days. With that said, a free reorder was done and a complete
refund of the amount paid of $238.48. I hope this was sufficient. Thank you for choosing Vistaprint.

Every customer service rep I spoke with (and there were many, I've lost count now) told me that transferring the domain name would "break" the website and email.

I have already spoken with your customer service personnel multiple times and they claim providing the auth code will "break" the website and email as I have said.  One of your customer service folks told me that $20 fee could be waived, but my real concern is with you discontinuing the service that I have and am paying for because I am requesting an auth code for my domain name.  I pay Vista Print $30 per month, which is 3 times more than 99% of other web hosts (who, incidentally provide FAR better service) but apparently that is not enough money to own and control the website I built and the domain I chose.  I disagree that you own the domain, you are the registrar for the domain.  I am the one who selected and asked to register the domain.  The fact that you engage in shady business practices (like disrupting the services I am paying for) that most other reputable registrars and hosts in this industry is the reason I'm making this complaint and the reason that I am transferring my service. So, you can continue to argue about technicalities all day or you can try extending some modicum of decent customer service and actually be helpful.   I won't be satisfied until you actually provide the appropriate service for what I'm paying.
