Vistaprint Investigation [redacted]I have not received the payment I am due.On March 12, 2016 I was told to expect by March 19 - this did not occurOn March 15, 2016 I was told to expect a tracking number and an expedited payment this week. This has not happened.

I have investigated the issue and found that the amount charged for your Checks was refunded in full. We are however unable to guarantee you a delivery of the original item. This is due to our process for handling undelivered Checks. These Checks are returned to our facility and destroyed (shredded). This processes usually takes up to a month for the Returns. Upon return of the checks, we are notified and reach out to the customer to have them updated. If your Checks are not delivered to you they will be returned to Vistaprint. As soon as we receive the Checks, we will contact you and inform you of the same. Based on the recommendations, we would suggest stopping the checks. Thank you for the email. I spoke with the Postmaster, LC [redacted], yesterday and inquired how the [redacted] received my package when I thought it was being delivered by [redacted], that was the tracking information provided by Vistaprint website. He advised me that at the SHIPPERS REQUEST, [redacted] will subcontract shipments with the [redacted] if they can deliver it cheaper. [redacted] never made an attempt to deliver. The [redacted] carrier never came to the house to deliver, only left a note in the mailbox, which is a futile attempt at delivery, at best! I feel if the Vistaprint website states that [redacted] would deliver the package, then [redacted] should deliver the package! But in this case, the shipper selected otherwise, which to me is false advertisement! Once [redacted] "pawned" the delivery off on [redacted], there was NO tracking information available and the only advice the Vistaprint Chat Help could offer was to check at the Post Office closest to me.....what???? Really???? In my opinion, the LEAST Vistaprint Customer Service could have done is at least FIND the package for me so that I would at least know where to start looking for it! I had to call THREE Post Office locations before I located the package! To me, that is unacceptable no matter what business you are in!
