I suggest that you highlight the options with regard to country at the top of your web site, or modify your system to recognize the country of the user and point him to the correct option.? I find it interesting that when I used a gift card some years ago for the exact amount of purchase I did not have this "Conversion" issue? I used the same site back then.? Contrary to your explanation, my bank has informed me they applied no conversion factors on the transaction.? ?

I was not instructed initially to send an estimate but have sent it as requested. I have called the company back several times and got the voicemail for Andrew and have left two messages at this point. I am requesting that communication be in writing sent via the email I have on file. I have sent the requested documentation for the estimate for the repair work but as of yet, I have not heard how this will be handled. I am going to have to be out of my car for 4 days not to mention the cost of the faulty magnet now infused on my car doors. The inconvenience is enormous and so far the company is acting as if it's no big deal. Meanwhile, I'm driving around in a car that looks like someone tagged me with stickers. I work from my vehicle and four days without it will cost me. This is all for a magnet that should have just as easily came off as it went on. Very disappointed.[redacted] VM
